The product is excellent but the customer service is terrible. Was a subscriber for nearly 10 years. Emailed them to make a change in my service. They never acted on the email. When I called them they double billed for 2 services after promising to credit me for one of the subscriptions. When I called about that, the customer no service representative expressed little interest in correcting issue or retaining me as a customer.
Data I received from the VIN number has RPO code that the sticker in the glove box don't, this makes me question accuracy.
The fine print tells you that they will charge your credit card monthly when you sign up to look up a vin number for your car. I signed up and noticed four months later that I had been charged $15 x 4 = $60! Unless you are a dealership or used car dealer, etc and need this service all the time, I would avoid signing up. Otherwise you need to somehow remind yourself to call up and cancel your "subscription." Also, they will not refund your mistake of not reading the fine print, even though you never used their service again and they continued to charge you.
