I returned 3 out of the 4 items because they were not what I wanted. The tracking number for my return is *********************. It was delivered for this morning 11/6/15 at the reception desk, at 10:02 am. Waiting to see if what I asked for in return will work out for me.

Ordering the product was ok, but that is b/c I had a pair from my cardiologist office.
Otherwise, it may have been problematic. My only complaint is paying extra for shipping and it finally arrived today -which took more than 2 weeks.
I guess we can expect that; with all the chaos in the world, this was a minor inconvenience.

I ordered on Monday and paid extra for fast next-day service...just had surgery and was required to have the stockings to prevent blood clots. Unfortunately instead of arriving on Tuesday, they arrived on Saturday. Too late. I would appreciate a refund.

After several inquiries and a significant delay, my package finally arrived. The packaging appeared to have been damaged in shipping. Fortunately, the products inside seem to be intact. I haven't yet opened the internal packages, so I can't be certain.

They were super responsive. When I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong size, they changed it for me before the order had shipped. And then when I reached out to them a few days later to request shipping info, they turned that around within 24 hours.

It was easy to find your web site and the products your company sells. My order arrived in several days' time, which was fine. While the packaging is different from my previous order, I trust that the product will be the same. I have not used the new hose yet but will be doing so in a week or two.

Never delivered. Too many hoops. A 12 year old is more computer savvy. Original order placed in Janury and they are placing it again Forget it. Better leave my credit card alone. I really needed the item for pressing medical concern.

Some how my order took quite a long while to arrive. I was happy with the item, and would like to purchase another one, but am not sure what went wrong with the first purchase. The company listened to my concern, and looked into it, letting me know they were going to help, and they did.

Ordering was easy, item was delivered about 10 days later. I'm not happy with the product. The elastic on the top of the hosiery leaves two rows of a red raised welt that feels like a burn. Cant wear them.

With any new order, you wonder if they will be use to use. These are and they are easy to put on. The only other thing I would want is they had the tan socks also. But I'm happy with the black & navy blue

The ordering and delivery went easily but the product is not as expected. They are simply too big in the foot and too tight in the leg even though I used their sizing chart. Now I have to figure out how to return them.

I appreciate that the items arrived quickly. The last couple times I have ordered the items didn't arrived for well over a month after ordering. Usually you guys are very prompt so thanks! As always love the product.

My first pair of Jobst Active wear were bought on recommendation on my recent visit to Australia visiting family. On my return to the Uk I was so impressed with the socks I tried to source another pair. I could only find Active wear in America. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were delivered. One week turn round, amazing, thank you.
