Customer care is difficult to reach by phone. My emails were acknowledged with disregard and lack of cooperation. I had to keep requesting a tracking number which was not sent with the receipt. Despite the fact that I paid additional for 2 day priority mail, my stockings arrived 5 days after my order was placed. I was told by customer service(2x) to check my local post office. Never was I given an apology or explanation. This was a medical issue.

I provided all the information they requested to determine which compression-socks to order. Then when I received them and they did not fit... They took no ownership of their error. Horrible and rude customer service... Buy somewhere else!

I contacted Customer Service right after ordering a wrong size. L was assured that the my order would be changed to the correct size. I received the original size as apparently customer service did not handle the change in size before it was mailed. I emailed my disappointment and all I received was a code to use when I mailed back the product at my expense. No apology was given for their incompetent staff. Perhaps this incompetence is business as usual for this company.

WARNING! Only use PayPal or a credit card to deal with this vendor. This method of payment is the only guarantee you will have to get your money refunded when they don't deliver. When repeated requests for help fall on deaf ears contact PayPal or your credit card and you will be reimbursed for the monies paid to compressionsales.com. I dealt with 4 sales reps and all promised to look into my order and call me back... that never happened. Enough is enough. Just get your money back and deal with another company after checking out their reviews and the Better Business Bureau.

The 2XL knee highs were too long and the foot was too big also (I wear a women's size 12 shoe). I have contacted the company to exchange them and have not heard back after one week. Their web page says they will reply within 72 hours.

I have been trying to exchange compression socks. Five days, several phone calls and 9 emails over 11 hour period and I still cant get anywhere. They have asked me for the same information over and over which I sent. They will not send the return form so I can return the product. Something is wrong with this picture. Once they get your money youre in trouble because they will give you the run around if you need to return or exchange. Whatever you do dont order anything from them.

This is such a great company when inquiring about compression socks. They kept me informed about everything concerning my order. Delivery was on time. And the socks are wonderful. The order and the service was so good I ordered several more pairs. If you are doubting the company, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

So, basically, with this website, it's difficult to choose what to purchase, mostly because there's such a massive selection of stuff. This is a good thing, though. Throughout the few times I've ordered from here, it's given me the opportunity to try out a few different brands, a few different compression levels, what have you. I've found that some of the lesser known brands are just as good, and this site has given me the opportunity to discover that. They do have the super popular brands, too, mind you. Anyway, if there's a particular compression stockings brand that you're particular fond of, chances are, they're going to have it!

Just bought a pair of high level compression stockings here after searching all of the competition sites, who didn't seem to have them. I mean, maybe some of the sites usually carried them, but they didn't have them in stock when I was looking to buy them. Maybe it was a lucky fluke that these guys had what I was looking for, and they others didn't, but it certainly set a good tone for my inclination to shop with them again. I also liked that the customer service was very informative and helpful. I just had a quick question about the difference between two different brands, and they gave a very in depth answer, and it really seemed like I was talking to someone who was genuinely educated on the subject.

Placed an order and received confirmation email. 20 min later received another email saying order was cancelled without explanation. Went back and saw they raised the price on the item. Customer service says have to purchase the item at the new price. Dishonest!
