I felt annoying reaching out to the customer service people at this site, because I did it about 5 times, but they were so incredibly welcoming and informative despite all that. I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't get any extra fees charged to my account and that my package was going to arrive on time, and they were more than willing to address my inquiries. I definitely think we need more customer service like this!
In general everything was great, I received my package in time and manner. The only problem is that just one, out of two pieces, was received on time, the second one they said will take 1 to 2 of weeks more to be shipped due to lack of stock.
My goal was to find compression stockings to wear with flip flops, and what kind would be best in the sheer. I needed moderate compression. Compressionsale recommended the JobstUltrasheer which was perfect for my needs with its open toe design. I'll recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered my items on Tuesday and they came the very next Tuesday - I wasn't expecting that, but I was happy about it! I thought 2 weeks, at least. I guess they really do ship the same day as you place the order. I got the original recommendation to use CompressionSale from this site, so I thought I'd pass on the good word some more!
I have something I ordered and didn't even open it. That's because I thought I ordered a pair of sleeves but it came as a single one. I don't want to spend $45 for a single sleeve. I tried to return it and NO - I have to exchange it. I don't want to exchange it. I won't be buying anything from this company ever again. They have zero wiggle room when it comes to customer service.
Had ordered stockings for my mother and on site specified knee length. The box says calf and that is what they cover. Called to return and was told knee and calf are the same. Say what Willis. Are wrist and elbow then the same. They want to charge me mailing fee and restocking fee for their error. Will eat the money spent but never never use these guys. I had always used ** ( excellent) but went cheap here and got bit.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not do any business with them. They send the wrong items, do not take any ownership for it, make it impossible to return and exchange the items for the right ones, are rude, abusive and unhelpful. They make the exchange process so elaborate, requiring layers and layers of information and never responding. It's is impossible. I will have to just eat the $130 and get my socks elsewhere. Do yourself a huge favor and do not give them your business.
One should make sure they are ordering something that they know will fit, because it just about takes an act of congress to obtain an exchange. Customer service does everything in their power to make it difficult and expensive to return an item. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to make an exchange you should make sure you include all of the original packaging and expect additional fees for postage and stocking fees. It is hard to believe that this company is still in business.
As a new compression stocking wearer, I placed several online orders with Compressionsale.com. I ordered an item in error and immediately called Customer Service to tell them to remove the item from my order. After a bit, they said they would. When my shipment came, the unwanted item was there along with the invoice. When I called "Customer Service I was met with an argumentative "Love" representative, who did admit item was supposed to be removed. She said for me to go to website for return form and to mail item back at my expense (WHAT!). She said she would call me back - she never did. I called the next day, explained the situation (she was the one I spoke with) and basically told "TOO BAD". I said that if this is the way they do business then they will lose me as a customer. She could care less...
I ordered diabetic socks for my father not only did I spend $54.00 I NEVER received them. The customer service representative was rude and when I requested to speak to a manager he was just as useless as she was. This was the worse experience ever.
These socks are awesome! This is the first time I've ordered a patterned sock. These are perfect for wearing with slacks. They don't look at all like compression socks. They look like regular trouser socks. I will definitely be ordering another pair. Hooray for the WIN!
I was advised by this company's Live Chat to purchase a certain item when I inquired what Jobst compression stocking is to help with low blood pressure. It is not tight enough. When I contacted them about this I was told I should have purchased a different item and that I will be charged for the return shipping and they will deduct the "free" shipping from my refund, plus a 15% restocking fee. I would have made an exchange (and paid the additional money as the correct item is more expensive) except I was told I have to pay for the return shipping. Now I see there is also a restocking fee in the case of a refund and the total expense to me will amount to around 30% of my purchase price. I feel this is unfair because I only purchased what their customer service advised. Therefore, I just want a refund and will do my business elsewhere with a company that takes responsibility for the advice their representatives dispense. I want to warn others to beware.
I order a compression shirt from compressionsale.com on October 29,2019. When the package arrived they sent me the wrong shirt. When I went to return in they said it was past their 30 day return policy. However, If I ordered it on October 29,2019 and received it on November 12,2019... by my math... that's less than 30 days. And I submitted the request for return on November 16,2019. Still less than 30 days. Total and complete ripoff. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
I order stockings that when they arrived did not fit. I tried for over a month to contact customer service, and I felt like I was stuck in a loop. I emailed. I was able to talk to a customer service rep. Once, and was directed back to the online customer service site. I even chatted with Jay online, and was still stuck in the loop. Unlike other online companies, CompressionSale makes it very difficult for the customer to return items. I finally got a return address from Jay(the chat gut). They charge restocking fees, and in tiny printing have the disclaimers for what can not be returned. It is on the customer to figure out how to return items. If you know exactly what you want, and do not need to consider returning - this site might work for you.
I was quite surprised to find a package at my door, not even a week after I first placed the order! I did read on their site that they ship the same day that the order is placed, but for some reason, I didn't really expect them to follow through with that. Turns out, they did follow through! This was just my first time ordering with them, but the delivery was so speedy that I might as well try them again. Thanks guys!
Had to return an item and found that there is no refund only store credit. Youll get an email telling you this and you have to call to use your store credit. Amazingly, the item I ordered was $12 less than the credit, but the restocking fee just happened to add up to my full credit amount.
The customer service rep I spoke to was very unprofessional. I would never buy anything from them again.
I've only had a few customer service experiences that were better than the one I had with Compression Sale, and I must say, it's very hard to impress me. They were very on the ball. Yes, I will be a repeat customer. :)
When I buy something online, I usually prepare myself to wait quite a while for the package to come. So much so, that I sometimes forget that I even purchased anything, until it comes much, much later than I thought it would - even when preparing for the lag time. I was extremely surprised when I placed my order with CompressionSale, and the package came exactly when they said it would - 4 days later. I really liked that there was free shipping, but I figured that it would be at least a week before I received anything, but lo and behold, they were true to their word! Due to this positive experience alone, I'm pretty sure I'll be using these guys again!
