I have had this company for 2 years and I am locked into a contract for 1 more year. I feel they defraud everyone who use them. My services have never worked right. I have gone weekends with no internet no phone no tv. Nothing. I had to get a cell phone just because they can provide it. They try to call on the landline and can't. They promised they could provide internet and phone and tv without any problems. 3 modems later and it still doesn't work. They even double billed me in July. My chargecard came due in Sept and I won't give them the number until they fix my services. Is this wrong. They void the contract because they can't fulfill my services.
