Concorde Van Lines

The Concorde Van Lines were EXTREMELY professional and VERY careful with ALL of my things. Everything was wrapped and packed neatly! The movers carefully moved my new appliances from my storage onto the truck. They unloaded everything quickly and carefully. These were the best movers in town.

Driver and team were very professional. They ensured the delivery experience was a positive one and took extra effort to ensure our goods were properly handled.

I was so surprised and blessed for the quick response and turnaround. Jeff and Gary, who came out to help me, were friendly and did a great job! They were cautious with my things. Thank you!

If I could give this moving company 0 stars I would. The customer service may as well have been nonexistent because the representatives never stayed true to their word and were less than helpful. This company is a brokerage that hires another moving company to do the actual move, making the experience so chaotic. The broker who booked this for me was named Chris Jordan and told me that my furniture would be delivered the same day/the next day if it was too late. Upon pickup, I was told that it could take 21 business days to get my furniture. I was left without a place to stay for a week due to this major detail that they just so conveniently left out. Additionally, they changed my pickup day without telling me, so I had to change my travel accommodations last minute as they were not coming the day they originally told me they were. They do not accept personal checks like I was also told and they charge a 5% fee for credit cards which was also not disclosed to me. Most fraudulent moving company ever. Stay away if you know what's good for you!

The guys arrived on time & finished my pack out promptly. Harry and Grey were both professional and took care of my items like their own! I cannot thank you enough! You guys are AMAZING!

Prices were inaccurate. Asked three times as much as originally quoted. Delivery range completely innacurate. Very unprofessional. Please do not use this company for your own sake.

PRICE WILL DOUBLE- GAVE MEASUREMENTS AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS NEEDED TO BE MOVED- KATIE IS NOT WORTH YOUR BREATH IT TAKES TO SPEAK. I CAN TELL SHE HAS TO DEFEND HER WORKPLACE ALOT- TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE LEFT MY THINGS BEHIND. BUT I MOVED AND COULDNT LEAVE THINGS BEHIND. ALSO SAID NO ONE HEALD A GUN TO MY HEAD AND MADE ME DO THIS,. PRETTY PROFESSIONAL. SHE LIES AND NEVER CALLS BACK- TOLD ME SHE WOULD FIGURE OUT THE DIFFERENCE AND GET WITH SOMEBODY HIGHER TO HELP TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUE-WHEN I GOT NOWHERE SHE CLAIMED TO BE THE HIGHEST MANAGER. THEY BACK YOU IN A CORNER WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY MORE FOR THE MOVE- RIP OFF-SCAM

My move went well. Scott and Axton were very professional, on time, and incredibly helpful in providing our belongings. I can't thank them enough for a very positive experience.

Working with any of the movers was a pleasure. As absurd as relocating a complete farm might be, everyone I encountered was courteous, polite, and professional. Thank you, guys!
