Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
Good, with the exception of the lack of cooperation between lens king and Eye Optics. I had to go in the office to straighten the order out: nearly 2 weeks after the order was placed
They did their best with what both of us had to work with.
I used t be a regular customer until I couldn't get my contacts on time, so I started getting them from another website, last time I see that you guys had a better price, so I came back to buy them again with you, but ones again it took way too long to get them, so from now on I'll go to the other company.

As an authorized retailer and your lenses being custom made, we order directed with the manufacturer. We do our best to get them in as soon as possible but where your lenses are custom made they do tend to take a few extra days to receive in. Great experience and price! The site was easy to use and was self explanatory. I could ask for a faster service and price for my type of contact lenses!
Happy with the process and product but the handling fees were quite high. Would have been nice to see those earlier in the process to determine the real cost.
HI J. V. We do apologize for the processing fee. Unfortunately with our processing fee it is something we have put in place to help offset any overhead cost we may incur due to the advertising, the fee is a percentage of the box pricing. We do mention the fee on the product page as well as broken down in the cart.
I don't like the hidden "processing fee". It would be more honest to add it to the price per box so it will be visible from the beginning. Don't play games with your customers.
I found your website very difficult to navigate … I had trouble inputting data and the paying. The gal who helped me twice was extremely cordial and helped me place the order.
I called twice for website assistance… both times she was very helpful… she finally helped me place the order over the phone.

It would be great if you had feature that allowed your customers to reorder contacts. You have a reorder button but it doesn't allow me to click on my order to reorder it.:-(

My order was placed over the phone. The rep was courteous and professional. The lens were received within days. I am satisfied with the service, delivery and product.
I was a bit taken aback by the new pricing/advertising strategy; it was akin to a bait-&-switch operation. As a result I was forced to look across multiple locations for the same item.
Ultimately, my decision to purchase from CLK was due to the fact that I did not want to create an account with another company. That will not always be the case.

I paid for one day delivery but received them 4 days later, I was supposed to take them with me out of the country, now I have to find someone to take them

On (Friday) 3/10 we were able to process and ship your order out. When you placed the order and selected overnight delivery a pop-up is displayed explaining that overnight delivery starts when we dispatch the lenses from the warehouse and is for weekday delivery only. Therefore, letting you know the package would not arrive on the weekend. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
Easy and affordable. Wish the prices up front were the full price like before. They started doing the bait and switch like other websites. Still the most affordable out there.

Product is great, prices are great. I would suggest not paying extra for next day shipping. It takes 4+ days to receive order regardless of the day of the week and/or time the order is placed.
Prices are considerable lower than other sites and in store purchases.

Upon looking into this your order shipped on a Friday, unfortunately as stated on our site delivery is only business days, we do not offer a weekend delivery.
The delivery was delayed. One of the lenses is of poor quality. It does not stick and tends to pop out while the other one is really of amazing quality.

Upon looking into your order, I see we shipped on 6/6 and per Canada Post it was delivered on 6/8 which is a quick delivery as standard is 2-4 business days. As an authorized retailer we order directly from the manufacturer and receive all products factory sealed. This website tricks customers with the supposedly low cost of contacts but they get you back with the extra processing fee and shipping cost and you end up with double the advertised cost.

Online ordering was easy, relatively good price
HI David. We do apologize for the delay. We did ship the order on 12/16 via USPS first class mail, which is typically delivered within 4-7 business days. Tracking states the package was delivered on 12/27, which was the 7th business day.
Very easy to enter my prescription and Dr. contact info. They took care of the rest as my Dr. office delayed in emailing me my script. Iwas pleased with the experience and prompt delivery,

THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THEY DIDN'T TOLD ME THE SPECIFIC DAY ORTIME TO BE DELIVERED AND THE PACKAGE ESTAYS ALL DAY SIT IN THE SUN... NO GOOD FOR THE PRODUCT.

Customer service replied promptly, but I suggest letting customers know at the momento of purchase if their prescription has expired (not hours later via email).

They sent the request back stating one of the products was incorrect. At that point we did reach out to you advising of the discrepancy.
