Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
Ordering was easy, but service fee was a surprise. Took time to comparison shop and Contact King was still cheapest.
Would have preferred boxes be labeled since I have different scripts for each eye.
Also think delivery should have been faster. Placed order on Saturday and received shipping notification the following Friday. UPS delivered on Wednesday despite paying for 2-day shipping.
Best price, even when adding service fee
Your prices are quite good, despite having increased substantially in a year. Nevertheless, please show the actual prices, including all your fees, which are really just additional profit, up front. Do not break out the fake processing fees, but include all in one price. It is much too hard to compare with other companies this way.
I know that it's standard in your industry, but it is still wrong to hide the actual price of the contacts. I feel cheated. Contact Lens King and the other online retailers selling contact lenses all have shady business practices. 4 boxes of lenses were $76, plus $13 shipping and a $75 "processing" fee. Why not just tell me 4 boxes of lenses were $165. My optometrist did, so they get my lens purchase business from now on, even if they charge more. I won't support the deception anymore.

Generally positive. With contact lens buying, I think it sucks that sites have great advertised prices for the item and then tack on huge processing or shipping fees, and then have an assortment of discount codes you have to go hunting for. This site is no exception.
Net cost was the best I could compile, even after the silly processing fees.
HI JB. We do apologize for the processing fee. Unfortunately with our processing fee it is something we have put in place to help offset any overhead cost we may incur due to the advertising, the fee is a percentage of the box pricing.
The lenses I received expire the same time as lenses I purchased well over a year ago. Granted it isn't till 2025 and I will use them, but something to consider if you don't wear your contacts all that often.
HI Amanda. We do apologize, we do order all of our lenses directly from the manufactures. We cannot request specific expiration dates from them and can only send out what they do provide to us.

Price is great, but is it worth damaging your eyes by receiving contact lenses that are 3+ years old? Definitely not.
Reach out to customer service, and they offered to swap 2 out of the 4 boxes I ordered. Why not all 4? Sent them all back with my expense to ship. They end up refunding me partially excluding my initial shipping fee.
Unexceptable business service when I had to waste my expense both ways to receive old contact lenses that were stocked for 3+ years. I have shopped many other lens company and they always provided the most up to date stock.
Tip for consumers:
Shop else where that is able to provide non-expired or newer stock lenses
It was pretty easy. Fine overall. If I remember right, shipping costs were not made clear until late in the process of purchasing. Made it seem like I was getting contacts for much cheaper than what I paid (including shipping). It's OK to be upfront about shipping costs. Customers would appreciate that.

Difficult to figure out how to reorder, especially with a new RX. I had to call and have Marcus walk me through. Lots of information on website--not "user friendly." Marcus did a great job tho!
I wish the product had Right and Left in boxes. Or some easy way to identify which eye as the RX is different for each eye.

Unfortunately you can not edit a reorder, you would need to start shopping and reselect the brand and enter in the updated rx. We will also pass the information along to our web developer to see if they can make that a little more user friendly.

I have no idea what goes on at this company or if it's fraudulent, but I have been waiting for a month and no lenses. They said the lenses shipped but the tracking says ''pending package acceptance' which means they just created a shipping label but never brought anything to the post office. That's fraud. I hope I can get my money back and now, back to AC Lens...
Great customer service and fast shipping. The prices are lower than anywhere else. Even though they charge a processing fee, their prices still come out lower in the end. Hey have multiple ways of shipping depending on how quickly you need your products. I shipped overnight and the bottom line was still less than anywhere else.

I am very dissatisfied with this rebate process and do NOT plan on ordering from you again because of it. It has been 13 days since placing my order, which I received about a week ago, and your website still won't let me start the rebate process. It also sounds like everything is delayed 6 weeks on top of your already ridiculous rebate turnaround time. This definitely feels like a scam, and I do NOT plan on going through this again.

More than a 2 month wait for one of my contacts; I would like Contact Lens King to give me a credit for a future purchase. Other vendors seem to have this lens in stock. Very disappointed, and I'm a long term customer.

I originally put the wrong address on my order and realized after customer service hours were over but sent an email and my error was corrected immediately. It didn't even slow down the shipment process, the package was delivered faster than I expected

Always come back to Lens King for my contacts, appreciate how up front they are with the "processing" fee, they may not be the cheapest but they don't obscure the true cost until you're deep into the checkout process.

At first I decided to try elsewhere once I went through the checkout process and found the service fee. I hate service fees. Just raise your prices to reflect the ACTUAL cost of the product.
Anyhow after looking at other sites even with their annoying service fee they seem to be most competitive.
Went through and purchased after researching. I had an issue with my doctors prescription and they notified me right away. After I gave them everything they needed they shipped immediately and shipping was quick and packaged well. All in all a good experience and legit site!
I called because I have had to wear glasses for months because my contacts have irritated my eyes. Yes I should have called sooner but I have been busy. I was told I was sent a different style contact without being told and they said there is nothing to be done about it. The lady started to get rude when I asked why I wasn't informed of this. Same brand but different style. It's horrible. They did not care even though I am still way within my year of my prescription. Yes they are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Never again

The reason you were sent a different style of contacts from your previous prescription is because the previous brand had been discontinued per the manufacturer. With your Doctor knowing that he prescribed you the replacement lens, which is clearly written on your prescription. I do see on your prescription it is still currently valid however, you only purchased 1 box each eye which is a 6 month supply lasting you till December of 2022. Unfortunately, the lenses do not comply with our return policy as they are medical device we can not resell any boxes that have been open. One of our supervisors will be in contact with you shortly. I ordered one month ago. I've asked for updates several times on my order, each one being answered with terrible news from customer service. Today, 22 days after my order, they are telling me they won't ship it for another two weeks. I won't be surprised if the goal posts move again down the road. Don't order from this place unless you can afford to wait two months minimum to receive your order. Buyer beware. It's worth paying more money to not be out literally HUNDREDS of dollars while you cannot get your order for weeks upon weeks. I feel like I'm being held hostage. Also, this is the 2nd time this has happened with this company, first time was back in February of this year.

Order is delayed and there is Little to no communication from Contact Lens King regarding delivery. Direct emails to customer service go unanswered. This has been the second time delays have happened which I initially understood due to COVID supply chain (maybe?) but this appears to be standard operating procedure. Frustrating.

Only probably was the uploaded prescription which didn't not indicate the need to show all necessary info. Customer service was very fast for turnaround with requesting new pic and prompt completion of order.
