Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.

I have made several attempts to reorder online but somehow my password will not work even after one kind associate changed my password for me. I still cannot get in to reorder . Can I change my password again on my own or do I need to call for assistance ?

Customer service gal was somewhat rude and curt not friendly at all matter fact I let like I was bothering her.
Site is not easy to navigate, I had thought that I had completed my order but had missed a step and had to go back and redo it when I saw that I hadn't received an order notification.
They have better pricing then the marked up local eye doctors offices.

Very slow to process and ship order, confirm prescription, and there are too many emails initially as you jump through all the hoops to order.
HI Troy. Please be advised when selecting for us to contact the doctors office we have to allow 8 business for them to respond, it looks like your order was placed over a holiday weekend as well so it does seem like it took a bit longer then typically.
