Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
I am still deciding on the effectiveness of the contacts. So far they are feeling very good, but its only the first month that Iam wearing them. I am sure this will be a permanent arrangement, I want to see good and I like a fair price, which you have both. Thank you. LL
I've had a great experience w/ this US based company. Competitive pricing & a streamlined online ordering process. The last order I placed in the afternoon (on a Thursday PM) & I had received my shipping confirmation the next morning (Friday PM).

Well I did order my contacts and I did receive them. On April 14th but now I see that you're trying to take $129 out for another two boxes of contacts that I already called and y'all said that it did not go through so that's why I ordered again and got my contacts. Now I am overdraft. Is there a way you can stop processing and put my money back in the bank.
Well I called because I ordered contacts on a Friday and nothing or should I say it said incomplete. So I called Monday and asked if they can check to see if it went through and the girl I forgot her name said I can help you with that order and we went ahead and made a new order. Because the first order said incomplete I'm trying now and I make call tomorrow to talk to someone about putting my money back because y'all overdraft me $105 I need that money put back in my account my phone number *******890 if you would like to talk about it thank you and have a good day

I had problems with my debit card after moving, wrong zip code. It took 3 tries at ordering before finally getting the right zip code and each time the people at Lens King were very nice and helpful. I received the order very, very fast, so fast, in fact that I didn't know what the package was when it arrived because I didn't expect it that quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. They even spelled my last name right! I will continue to order from them. Very pleased!

Prices and ease of ordering
I used 2 day shipping for an order placed on 1/3/23. There was no indication that I needed to be present to sign for the delivery by selecting the higher priced shipping option for 2 day. UPS made the first attempted delivery on 1/10 which was a week after I placed my order, they did not leave feedback that I needed to be present to sign. After 2 more failed attempts the UPS statement said it was being returned to the sender. I spent 2 hours on the phone total with UPS and went to their customer service center 3 times before I was actually able to get my package on 1/16/23.
I requested a refund for my shipping based on the fact that I did not receive the order in 2 days which I paid extra for. The customer service representative sent me to the wrong location for an attempted pick up from UPS at a drop center.

At the time of your order, you did select UPS 2 Day shipping. Unfortunately, we do not know it is signature required until the order hits our warehouse and a label is generated where UPS tells us it has to go signature required due to the amount. Once the products leave our warehouse with any carrier service Contact Lens King is not responsible for any carrier delays or any issues that may arise with their company trying to deliver your packages. Have been happy with Contact Lens King purchases for 4 years until the most recent purchase. I was sent lens that expire in 10 months for a 12 month supply purchase. Very disappointed with Contact Lens King quality control, this should have never happened.
Price, convenience & quality. However, will rethink about ordering again as quality control has gone down, (sending soon to expired product to customer is really bad quality control) while prices have gone up.
Contact Lens King regularly offers the best price on contact lenses beating all other providers and provides prompt USPS service of product. Much better value than "in network" providers with whom even with insurance cost more!

Contacts were late - found out when I reached out and was told they'd be a couple of more weeks. I feel like I should've received an email when they're expecting to be shipped over a month after the order was placed.

Your prices are much better than most. Navigating your website was easy until I needed to attach a file with the prescription. At that point I could no longer check out. I then had to email the prescription.

I would not order again from this company. My first order was a bit less that Costco where the prescription is, but the re-order was much more that the original one.
I will just go back to costco for future purchases.

Easy to navigate and quick ordering process. I was looking to save money on my contact lenses. After a quick Google search, I found a special through this site that sounded too good to be true. The price was honored and I was able to get two boxes for the price of what one cost me on other sites. I'll definitely return.
Everything was great, but I wish that the price wasn't lowered only if you buy more than so many boxes. It is still lower than others but maybe think of a little adjustment to the price for those who do not need so many boxes because their prescription like mine only calls for one contact for only one eye. Otherwise, you guys are great!

It was great! The only thing, don't give me a code for a discount and then not honor it! A coupon for all or nothing would be better. You sell contacts and the code should apply for any purchase of contacts especially since I ordered a year's supply.

Please continue to be transparent about ALL costs involved. No one wants to be informed at the tail end of attempting to place their order that their $40.00 order is now $72.50 when all the added fees are factored in.
Just placed first order. Simple enough. Happy with price. Customer Service team is prompt and polite and got right to the order! Shipped out promptly and I received them so quickly. I am a very happy customer!
Lower price
It was easy to order and quick to put in my information with my prescription and arrived as they suggested arrival date. Contact Lens King gave me the correct prescription for my eyes. It took a little while to understand where to upload the prescription but once I did they accepted it without any difficulties or delays. They sent my contacts within the next business day.

Easy ordering experience and upfront pricing, including the processing fees and the reason behind it. My order was also delayed by the manufacturer, but Contact Lens King kept me in the loop. I always order my contact lenses through them.
They were open and honest about their processing fees. I like doing business with businesses that run ethically.
Four of the boxes I received were just 90 lenses in a single large box instead of 3 30 pack boxes like I've received in the past. This makes it difficult to work with because the large box does not fit in my medicine cabinet.
HI David. We do apologize, we do receive our product sealed directly from the manufacture. Unfortunately they may have changed how they package the product.
They had the best price on the lenses I needed even after paying shipping which I usually wont order from a place that charges shipping but even with the shipping the price was less that other drug stores or online places where you can order lenses. So I am satisfied and would order again.
Best price on what I needed
My mother called to ask about the shipment as we were reasonably confused as to why our next day shipping was not, needless to say, the next day, even in terms of business days. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and talked to my mother as if she were an idiot. Genuinely unbelievable.
