Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
I have been waiting a month and still have not received my order. I had to contact them to find out why. Was told they were on back order and they would have them in a week. Still no contacts or tracking number provided.
They should contact customer and let them know about delays or offer discount due to long wait times. I normally use 1800 contacts, but thought I ‘try Contact Lens Kinda King instead. I would have had my contacts by now if I hadn’t tried a change.
A price is quoted then you get to cart. Adding a processing fee is very misleading then on top of that they add shipping. You'd think paying a $40 plus processing fee on top of contacts that would include shipping. Will not reorder again from here.

We have an explanation of the processing fee starting on the product page under the cost per box. It states "this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupon a processing fee will apply". If you click on the "read more" it will explain the fee and the price per box. There are also explanations on each step of the checkout. I was extremely irritated by the delivery method chosen. Rather than leave the package at my home in the timeframe I needed, UPS took the package to a pickup location and I had to go pick it up myself. It delayed delivery by two days and I needed it sooner. I am not concerned about the package being stolen from my front porch. I was never told I needed to sign for the package, and the delay and having to pickup at a different location was inconvenient. I will not order again from this website if this is the norm.

HI Joshuah. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately due to the total of the order we do require a signature upon receipt of delivery for any orders more then $400. If you place an order less then that total UPS should leave the package for you if they feel the location is secure.
I was shopping for contacts. I started at lens.com & then check out your website. I read your disclaimer about service fee. I chose your company even though you are $2 more. Thank you for being upfront & honest.
Low price & honest disclaimer about added fee per box. I also called my insurance and found that if I use out of network with your company you are still TONS cheaper than in network suppliers.

The price was the best we could find online.
They lure you in with a great price on the contacts. You then will spend time creating an account and then picking out your contacts and get them in your online cart. You then look at the total price and realize they added an extra $10.00 per box and call it a servicing fee. BAIT AND SWITCH. I called and they actually admit it and just say that to compete with the other online companies that they need to do that. The legal term for what they are doing is bait and switch. I will do everything that I can to discredit the company. If I could give it zero stars then I would.
I had to make several inquiries regarding my order as I had a previous order, I needed to return. I got full credit expeditiously and explanations each step of the way. Excellent customer service, great company. I will be back.

I received the products I ordered a couple days later. So the delivery was pretty quick.
I can't tell about the quality of the products yet since I haven't used any.
I only checked the outside of the boxes and it is conformed with what I ordered.

Using the website is relatively easy. I could review and upload my prescription with no issue. I have an issue with the prices. Although they are cheaper than some of their competitors, they are still pretty high on price.

One box of lenses is not the right strenght. I've contacted your customer service and it seems like I'm going to have to get a refund and reorder the lenses I need, so send the wrong box on my dime even though the mistake wasn't mine. I'm very unhappy about this.
HI Alain. We do apologize if you have received the incorrect product. Unfortunately with Canadian shipments prescriptions are not required to process and ship an order out, so we can process an order as submitted. We do not process exchanges so any return order would be refunded and a new order would need to be submitted.

The site was easy to navigate and the purchase process was very smooth. I received my contacts in about 4 days after ordering, which was quicker than expected. I am very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience.

Competitive pricing
The lens confirm to the new prescription, but they still do not improve my vision very much. I was not wearing a lens in my left eye before, and this one blurs vision. The lens for the right eye still does not sufficiently correct for my astigmatism. I am not sure the new prescription was the best selection for me.

I've been wearing this same brand of contacts for years. For some reason there is something wrong with this batch of contacts. I've been having trouble since the since first pair and am now on the second pair.
The ordering experience was easy, though I did have a slight glitch with the order at first. Due to very low vision in one of my eyes, I can only wear a contact in my "good" eye. The system wasn't allowing me to finish the order without the parameters for the other eye. There was no place to override this, as it kept wanting me to fill in the info for both eyes. Perhaps CLK can change the format in the near future, when someone only requires contacts for one particular eye.
Always easy to navigate their site, and ordering is easy to enter the parameters from the optometrist's prescription. Very fast shipment from CLK, too.
Hello! We do apologize for any inconvenience, when ordering for just one eye you would just simply set the opposite eye quantity to zero and it will allow you to order for just the one eye.
Everything is great, only 1 small issue, you can never change the shipping adress, it always stays the same as billing. If I want to ship to someone elses home or another location I cant change the adress. Other than this everything is good.
The price works for me.
Just post the actual price. Every site posts "discount" prices then fluctuates the price adding additional processing and handling that is garbage. Entirely too frustrating for the consumer. Just post the total price.

In making my order, there was a step that did not continue the process. It was necessary for me to call and talk to someone who found my incomplete form and concluded the order. The person who helped me said that there was a button that would have finished the order. I have not returned to the website. So, all I can say is there is a step that was not obvious to me after several attempts.
I left a message. She called me early the next day and concluded my incomplete order.

I ordered contact lenses for my teenager who informed me he was running out of contact with one week's worth remaining. I reached out to contact lens king and within one week, I had his order. The staff I talked to on the phone were very helpful. I got the contacts ahead of the anticipated timeline

Good experience overall. When I first went to website, somehow (I have no idea) I got directed to the ContactLensKing "test" website and my order never placed. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in making me aware of what happened and how they were going to help to correct the situation. I then re-registered on correct website and placed the order. The order was received fairly quickly. I do feel that Customer Service was very helpful and genuine in their concern for what happened. Based on that reaction and help, I re-registered and placed a new order. Had Customer Service not been that helpful, I would have gone elsewhere to purchase my contacts. Thank you CS.
