Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
I ordered my contacts on 10/29 with 2 day shipping. I received my contacts on November 8th. Even with the prescription confirmation this was not 2 day shipping. Very disappointing. Will look into other contact lense providers next time.
Was simply told the carrier must have had a delay.

Working from my laptop,I tried to import a prescription from my desktop and couldn't figure out how to make the file small enough for you to accept.Then I tried to reenter the order on my Android and your site wouldn't accept my photo, either. Thankfully, my new Rx turned out to match the one on file so I didn't need to upload a photo after all. (Then I looked at my order history. It's discouraging to see that prices have gone up so much since I started ordering online ---from $27/box to $55+/box! I guess that's true everywhere. Maybe it's time to start considering a return to glasses only.:-()
I needed help on a previous order (my first with CLK) and the customer service person was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and readily available.
Despite my frustration over the box prices today, I'm expecting CLK is as competitive and honest as when I first compared services several years ago. And I was happy to have a coupon to apply. Deliveries have been prompt, and customer support has been good when I've had questions.

This is my first time using ContactLensKing - order arrived super fast, shipped/packed with a lot of care, lenses were super fresh with an expiration date that is several years away, price was great, and everything I can think of was excellent.

First time I've had a late shipment… usually they're at my door in 3 days. I can understand delays happen but you should know whether a product is on hand or has to be ordered from the manufacturer.

The worst company I have ever worked with in my life. Refuse to reorder fake lenses from them! They are beyond rude and disrespectful on the phone too.

Very good products for a much cheaper price than your eye doctor. I never bought contact lens form anywhere else since the first time I ordered some many years ago.

Aqua Night & Day the best there are. Love wearing them l already for about 3 years. Only once a month changing changed my life- feels like I have my 'eyes' back!

Even though it has been about 5 years since purchased from Contact Lens King, (last time bought lenses) my information was on the system so the rep, who promptly answered my call, (I needed to order by phone rather than online) was able to complete my order quickly and accurately, plus provide the applicable discount had I ordered via local internet had mine been available.
The old receipt and their contact information was in the bag with my eye supplies. After checking prices at two local retailers with huge disappointment, and comparing online prices and processing fees online at the library, I resolved to call Contact Lens King when I got home. Contact Lens King is the winner, and I'm a satisfied repeat customer.

This site was referred to me by a friend. I must say, not only to they meet or beat the prices from great sites like 1800contacts, but their customer service was quite helpful. They have toric lenses, the Softlens brand, color lenses from Freshlook and Acuvue, and several others. The first time I ordered from them, it seemed as if it was delivered to the wrong apartment complex. They asked a ton of questions {politely} to figure out what happened, and in the end, I got the products and they were great quality. I've ordered from them 3 times now, and no issues have occurred. Everything was perfect.
Representative was so kind and helpful. She offered to contact the doctor's office and sent contacts out in a prompt manner. I now made the switch to this company. You won't be sorry.
