Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
I needed multifocal contacts for astigmatism. I ordered them from Contact Lens King. When I received them I couldn't see with them. I contacted them and found that I ordered the wrong ones. I had missed the "toric" part of the prescription. I was told that they can legally ship the order because my eye Dr did not respond quickly enough to varify the order. I understand that I made the mistake, but I don't agree that they should ship an order without first making sure it is correct. To me, this just says, we care about making money, not taking care of our customers. It turns out they could not even fill the correct order, because they do not sell the lens that is needed for the correct prescription. It may be legal to do what they did, but I don't think it is ethical.
Great prices, fast processing and shipping. I noticed their are two sets of pricing though. The lower price with the service fee is the better option.
Because you do nothing but continue to RAISE prices, whether in shipping or in cost of contacts. $12.95 for USPS shipping on TWO boxes that weigh the same as an oversized LETTER is a total SCAM. I've said this before: they can EASILY be shipped in a small padded letter envelope. Furthermore, the cost shipping in that box you use, is FAR above normal USPS rates.
Because you have my doctor information and I don't feel like playing games with the rest of the companies.

Since contacts are a medical device, they are sent in boxes so they do not get crushed and damaged in transit where they would then be unwearable. INSANELY outrageous shipping costs along with lenses being DOUBLE of what they were a few years ago.
$9.95 for a LETTER weight package which could be put in an ENVELOPE is WRONG. Total waste of a box and continued TRASH in the environment.

I wish you didn't use the fake price scheme. It's annoying to work through figuring out the real price, and it's a good price anyway. Paying shipping for $200+ of small items seems silly also.
It is very simple to order contacts through CLK. All I have to do is have an updated contact lens prescription and the rest is easy from there. This is my 3rd time ordering contacts through CLK and I plan to continue this trend.
I find ordering contacts to be fairly easy through CLK. The prices are realistic and more affordable than ordering contacts through an eye doctor.
Easy enough to navigate however I find when adding my card info that unless I hold down when selecting the drop down keyboard input will close not allowing for typing

I've been ordering from contact lens kings for years and they have the best prices. Shipping is through USPS and they have no control over that. Contacts are always great

I used to shop on 1-800 contacts, but they're way over priced now. Contact Lens King has the same contacts for a much better deal, great shipping, good support. Why wouldn't you buy from them?
Way more reasonably priced than other contact dispensers
Aren't you taking market research a little far? I ordered something online, it arrived more or less when it was supposed to, and the product is satisfactory.

Usually the contacts are good quality but these last 2 boxes have flaws. 1 contact was ripped when I opened it and the 2nd pairs are hard to focus with them.
Originally for the price. Not so much anymore.

Not only was ContactLensKing way less expensive there service and packaging were spot on. It can be done for less with superior service. I will purchase more going forward.

The order process was easy to follow. This is the second time I've ordered from Contact Lens King & feel confident in the accuracy of the prescription being sent.

I called the phone number listed on the website and the representative guided me through the entire process. Excellent customer service! Also, my contacts arrived in a timely manner.
I looked at different websites, but Contact Lens King had a friendly user website and good prices.
The product is not available. I waited for almost 2 months to get the contact lens.
Its well communicated to me anyways whats going on and why its delayed.

This company added a $47 processing fee to an order of $79.96. This is an unethical markup! There response, when asked, was that other companies add a processing fee so we decided to do it too.
TDB: The experience we once had with contact lenses not being proper and this created a complicated scenario that Contact Lens King did not accept defective items of their own (manufacturer, of course) making...
CLK does not accept responsibility for contact lens that are QA-ed inaccurately.

They do all the prescription verifications for you. You just give them the information and they do the rest, so you can get your contacts fast without a lot of hassles!

Federal Law states after 8 business hours we are able to process the order as entered online by the customer, it is part of the Right to Consumer Act. Also, when we ship out our product the invoice you receive states to please check your prescription to the boxes your receive to ensure you have the right prescription. Once the lenses are open we are unable to take them back as the are classified as a medical device.
