I was able to utilize the reorder option to make my experience quick and seamless. They arrived two days after they had shipped just like I had paid for! Always great service (:

This is the second time I've ordered. I mistakenly ordered -3.75 & -4.00 instead of +3.75 & +4.00. My doctor indicated that he never received a confirmation request. Contact Lens King claims they faxed it and did not receive a response and that the law allows them to send the order if they do not get a response in 8-hours. This is DEAD WRONG. The law requires them to either confirm the prescription with the prescriber or obtain a copy of the actual prescription from the patient. They did not contact me to obtain a copy of the prescription and sent the wrong ones.

To make matters worse, when asked about comparing previous orders, the representative stated that they do not check previous orders because prescriptions can change. I pointed out that while a prescription may change somewhat, it is not likely to change from -3.75 to a +3.75 and that would indicate that a mistake is obvious. She just reiterated that they do not look at previous orders.

All in all, because they did not follow the law and require a copy of the prescription to be sent prior to sending the lenses, I'm now out a lot of money because they won't accept opened boxes for return.

This company is easy to work with, provides exact information needed, easy to order, and ships promptly. I will be purchasing again and recommending Contact Lens King. Awesome!

From $10.95 a box to $23 a box is a big jump. You're less expensive than anyone else. Why not just be up front about the cost. $26 processing fee and another $10 for shipping? WTH is that?

Super user friendly and quick. Attach a copy of your prescription, type in your info of contacts, and they ship decently fast. Quality is great and paid half as much as I would anywhere else

I have used Contact Lens King for a few years now and have been very satisfied. I have never had any problems and they are always the cheapest. Very pleased to do business with them.

STILL NOT RECEIVED!
On Wednesday of this week I received an email asking me if I had receive my lens...and if not wait 24 hrs.
Well, Friday Post has come & gone and still nothing

as stated above..an email said they should already be here

Easy to reorder, prescription was accurate. Do not appreciate being told how many characters I have to put as I haven't been in school for many years.

As a customer manager, i value how my employees interact with the customer and those that I've have had contact with in your company have been amazing!

I ordered contacts from here at the beginning of March and still haven't received them, i have been in contact with with them multiple times in the week. They keep putting my call off and having me speak to someone else.

FINALLY the "manager" Adam call me back after two weeks only to tell me they should have been delivered already and there was nothing they could do to help me. I spent over $300 on contacts that i did NOT receive and the "manager" would not do anything to help me, he just kept telling me to file a claim with my bank if i wanted my money back and that contact lens king would not be helping me with this issue. I have never witnesses such a level of ignorance and disrespect from a "manager" at a company before, it really makes me think something shady is going on there.

The other associates i spoke to were polite but did nothing to help me except reroute me to other employees throughout the weeks. This company is not worth the headache, i wish i just paid more and ordered from a reputable company.

They always have great prices and are up front about fees. Quick shipping and delivery, so I always get my contacts when I need them, even if I order last minute.

Love how easy it is to order. I found a variety of products to chose from. There was some stats missing/different from my prescription, but the product i received was good

Would not allow code for savings to be applied. Had to pay full price and since this is a reorder it should have worked and allowed the discount code to work.
