Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
Good, with the exception of the lack of cooperation between lens king and Eye Optics. I had to go in the office to straighten the order out: nearly 2 weeks after the order was placed

I used t be a regular customer until I couldn't get my contacts on time, so I started getting them from another website, last time I see that you guys had a better price, so I came back to buy them again with you, but ones again it took way too long to get them, so from now on I'll go to the other company.

As an authorized retailer and your lenses being custom made, we order directed with the manufacturer. We do our best to get them in as soon as possible but where your lenses are custom made they do tend to take a few extra days to receive in. Happy with the process and product but the handling fees were quite high. Would have been nice to see those earlier in the process to determine the real cost.

Unfortunately with our processing fee it is something we have put in place to help offset any overhead cost we may incur due to the advertising, the fee is a percentage of the box pricing. We do mention the fee on the product page as well as broken down in the cart.
I don't like the hidden "processing fee". It would be more honest to add it to the price per box so it will be visible from the beginning. Don't play games with your customers.
I found your website very difficult to navigate … I had trouble inputting data and the paying. The gal who helped me twice was extremely cordial and helped me place the order.

When you placed the order and selected overnight delivery a pop-up is displayed explaining that overnight delivery starts when we dispatch the lenses from the warehouse and is for weekday delivery only. I was a bit taken aback by the new pricing/advertising strategy; it was akin to a bait-&-switch operation. As a result I was forced to look across multiple locations for the same item.
Ultimately, my decision to purchase from CLK was due to the fact that I did not want to create an account with another company. That will not always be the case.

Product is great, prices are great. I would suggest not paying extra for next day shipping. It takes 4+ days to receive order regardless of the day of the week and/or time the order is placed.
Prices are considerable lower than other sites and in store purchases.

This website tricks customers with the supposedly low cost of contacts but they get you back with the extra processing fee and shipping cost and you end up with double the advertised cost.

HI David. We do apologize for the delay. We did ship the order on 12/16 via USPS first class mail, which is typically delivered within 4-7 business days. Tracking states the package was delivered on 12/27, which was the 7th business day.
