Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
On Dec 14th made my contact order and the lenses were stated as 'In Stock' at that time. 5 days later on Dec 19th, I received an email stating "Your contact lenses have been ordered directly from the manufacturer. Normally, lenses such as yours are received in-house within four business days. At this time however it appears that the manufacturer is experiencing a production delay". 10 days after that email, on Dec 29th, an email came saying they were shipped, ultimately delivered to me on Dec 31st. My issues are as follows: listing an item as "in stock" if it truly is NOT, waiting 5 days after purchase to notify the customer that the 'In Stock' item actually isn't at all in stock and additionally is delayed from the manufacturer due to what 'appears' to be a production delay. Manufacturing issues are out of your hands, and I get that, but listing an item as 'In Stock' on your website is misleading. I decide which site to order my contacts from based on 2 things: Price listed and whether the contacts are in stock.
Price was reasonable and my contacts were listed as in stock
Easy to find what you need and order. Prices are better than just about every site, especially without having to jump thru rebate hoops.

Easy to order, good shipping options and upgrade and good coupons
Easy ordering process, but don't like the processing charge. Insurance will not reimburse on this, so nearly half the cost is out of pocket.

Placing and received my order with no issues. Needed to get credit on some other contacts and have not liked the experience so far.
Had to return previous order contacts because the are no longer the correct prescription. Boxes never opened and not damaged in anyway. Was told reluctantly I would receive information for credit and never heard or received any information. Had to email them questioning why I didn’t yet get the information. Still waiting!

Contact Lens King had BY FAR the lowest price of anyone online. The product shipped within 2 hours of ordering and was delivered within 2 days of ordering (using standard shipping, not expedited).
When my order arrived it had been destroyed in shipping but Contact Lens King quickly made it right. Customer service is outstanding.
My first order arrived smashed, apparently content don’t do well in shipping envelopes. When I reported the damage, Customer service was quick to replace the damaged order.

I was disappointed that it took 12 days for my order to arrive. Past orders had arrive in a much shorter time.

HI Lorri. We do apologize if it took a little longer then the in the past to receive the order. Upon looking into this we did have to order the lens which did take a few days for us to receive prior to shipment.
Contacts were available for the best rate that I could find when i compared with over sources. Delivery was too quite fast.
