Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
It was quick and easy however for your returning customers, we should be offered a 20%+ discount every year for our loyalty
I have been using you since 2017 and trust you however I feel for my loyalty I should be offered a bigger discount
I ordered contacts online, used a coupon code. They were not in stock and took longer than originally estimated, but they arrived.

When my order arrived it had been destroyed in shipping but Contact Lens King quickly made it right. Customer service is outstanding.
My first order arrived smashed, apparently content don’t do well in shipping envelopes. When I reported the damage, Customer service was quick to replace the damaged order.

They were great
The individual packs do not pull apart. Maybe defective packaging or seconds. I literally have to separate them by cutting them.
