Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
Process was smooth. They explained well the unfortunate service charge that all the contact lens discounters are charging.

Contact Lens King sent my order promptly without any hassles. I've used them in the past so the prescription was already saved in their system.

Lowest price. I don't like how the online lens providers advertise, which includes you. I would rather everyone just put the price right up front instead of later saying there are additional fees. Causes excess searching & time.

Stupid processing fees, I read the explanation, but totally why I didn't want to order from any since the Dr. is still 40 cheaper.

The process was pretty fast. Received my contacts in three days. My issue is they don't seem to be lasting as long as normal.

Straight forward process and easy to order. It did take a little extra step to get my prescription verified but the process was quick.
Affordable prices. Have delivered from them before and was satisfied with the product I recieved.

Good, but received old style package where each individual lense is hard to tear off. New style with perforations are much easier

Convenient process, quick delivery. Easy to upload prescription all I used was my existing lenses boxes and picture of the prescription.

The price always goes up each time I order. Then I have to call customer service & they will fix it but it's still more than the previous order.

We use Contact Lens King because it is always easy to place an order and it comes quickly. It only takes a couple of minutes to reorder by internet.

Quick and easy! They contacted my eye doctor since I could not find my prescription. The order was filled in 2 days and received in less than a week!
Has been a smooth reorder, had no real issues shipment took a extra day or 2 to get here but it was a holiday weekend so no big deal
I ordered these on lens.com then 12 days later they cancelled the order because they didn't have them. So i'm a little ticked off that i had to wait that long to find out they were out! Glad i didn't need them right away or else i would have been screwed.

Good. The only issue I had was that I kept getting an error when I tried to upload my new prescription so I was forced to email it to Contact Lens King.
Good. I had an issue with uploading my new prescription. It’s still not fully resolved but I was able to email it to push my order through.
