Contact lens have been very helpful and giving me the best price and sometimes a discount. Don:t like the shipping charge for such a small box and the other charge.
Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
Ordered a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. Shipping should've been free since it takes over a month to receive the order!
Contacted customer service to see where my order is, it's been a month and they said it'll be another 1-2 weeks!

The only way to order Dailies.no going to the Eye Doctor for refills. You just go to their website and they take care of the details.

I thought the extra service charge was not kind, even though the total was not more than others. I wish you had just been up front with the price.
HI W H. We do apologize, we mention there is a processing fee associated with the sale, if you click the read more it will advise what the additional fee is per box. Unfortunately it is something we have implemented to help offset any overhead cost we may incur due to advertising.
So far, the price is lower than the competitors and the checkout is easy but the first time customer coupon that was texted did not work.

Wish returns were free! Sucks to pay so much for these products and then have to pay return shipping for unopened product.
Fast but brisk and not very generous. Called after hours the first time and left a message. Called again the next day only to be interrupted by the customer service person who shared they had just emailed me so read my emails and then quickly ended the call. Obviously, I hadn't seen the email yet, or I wouldn't have called (sorry!), but I left the conversation feeling like I had annoyed the customer service agent. Then, I read the email and learned I would be responsible for return shipping costs, which was just annoying. I paid over $500 for this product and wanted to exchange my unopened boxes for another version of your product, but neither of those facts gets me free return shipping? Cheap.

Great service. I was on my last pair of the old lenses, didn't realize that I needed the new pair so soon.
The person who helped me was knowledgeable and worked with me to resolve the issue. The power on the lens box didn't match my prescription. Have no idea why the doctor made that mistake.
Delivery was on time, packaging was very good. I can't comment on the product itself as I have not yet worn them.
The online search was user friendly.
