Everything went smoothly with purchase and delivery. Although the lenses are supposed to be identical to the ones I purchase from my optometrist... I find the comfort and the vision are not as good...

So far so good. The product is as it is with other sites, but I purchased from CLK because the price was the best out there. Not sure this will always be the case or because I'm a first time customer. Will continue to purchase if CLK offers the lowest price, if not, I'll look elsewhere.

Good phone customer service. Initially had trouble placing the order via your website, but customer service clarified that I had to check the 'agree to the terms and conditions' box before placing the order.

Order got delayed due because of the manufacturer. I appreciate the honesty from the website on why there was a delay & the customer service was very helpful! The woman was very polite & understanding.

I've never had problems with CLK and I've been ordering from them for years. I always receive exactly what I've ordered, and I've never experienced delays in either shipping or delivery. Website is easy to navigate. I cannot speak to customer service since I've never had to contact them - which in my opinion is a good thing!

Site was quick and easy to navigate through. Despite a small delay, delivery was still very quick and they kept me in the loop and informed me of this so i wouldn't worry too much. This level of transparency with the customer is very appreciated.

I have been ordering my lenses from Contact Lens King for years. Until yesterday, when a promotion appeared in my email entitled "Celebration of Life Day Sale." It arrives on the day of the annual anti-abortion "March for Life" in Washington, DC. This so-called "Celebration of Life Day" was first instituted by Ronald Reagan as a direct response in opposition to the passage of Roe v. Wade. When I called Contact Lens King to inquire about whether the company opposes abortion specifically, or women's rights generally, I was told "we have lots of women working here, this is just a promotion; it's not political." I beg to differ. Finding this in my inbox in 2023, on the heels of having our rights trampled on by The Supreme Court was not apolitical, it was an assault! I encourage anyone who has ordered from CLK in the past to join me in refusing to do any further business with them.

Fast, reliable, simple.
One of the boxes I received wasn't simple to open. As in the individual contact lens packaging is very glued together, making it difficult to open without splitting the packaging (unlike other times).

I found it on the interweb. The entire experience was mundane, which is exactly what ordering contacts online should be. You don't get a popsicle when your done, unless you have popsicles already, then I guess that's your business.

It was very difficult to reach you by online and by phone but when started to chat by online there was a lady that contacted me and called me to solve my problem I can't recalled her name butshewas ver nice and immediately took my order, thank you.

I wasn't able to order online for some reason. I had to call to place my order. Customer service was very helpful however. I did have to wait longer than usual for my contacts due to a supply issue. Totally understand that though.

I deleted a shipping address but it later showed up as my billing address though it never been used for that before. I then had trouble selecting the mailing option because your little boxes for Instagram,'etc and live chat are right by the boxes and so no matter which way I turned my phone, I clicked on one of those. Then I wasn't sure if I uploaded my new prescription because I followed the steps but it never showed that it got it. I repeated it three times so hope the new rx is there. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and took 3 times as long as it should have.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them; reordering is easy and simple. I've checked competitors prices every time, and they continue to have the lowest price for what I get. Package came on time and with everything I ordered. Can't ask for more.

It was fairly easy to purchase from this site. I place an order on January 17,2022. Receive it on January 26,2022 by first class mail. It looks like it was ship from Champlain, New York, I live in Houston, Texas.

ContactLensKing.com had the best prices compared to all the sites- even super popular ones. I have no insurance so I really thought I was going to have to pay A TON for contacts. Finding my contacts was easy, inputting my prescription was easy, shipping was extremely fast and the prices didn't break my bank account. I bought a years supply for under $150. I was pleasantly surprised! 10/10 recommend!

Simply easy and fast. Great communications. My doctor had written a prescription for a lense that is not manufactured in the prescription I needed. They emailed me, called the doctor and took care of the new prescription.

They spoke with my doctor, fixed the prescription and reordered my lenses. I received them quickly

I had a smooth experience overall. I needed to update my prescription information AFTER i placed my order, and contact lens king were super efficient and diligent about getting my order sent out to me.

The price was the deal maker. I shopped everywhere and this was the cheapest online althougth I found out later Costco would have been cheaper with the Cooper rebate which you can't use with online retailers.

I put in my 10% discount code (AM10) and it did not take it and was told... nothing we can do about it after it's ordered. But the price was still really good and the product is Biofinity - a name I trust.

They sent me a 10% off code and it didn't even work.

I gave the wrong address and Contact Lens King was able to receive the returned packed and resend it to me. I called in to mention the problem. The man on the phone was courteous and patient. I will definitely use Contact Lens King in the future!

The delivery was fast, took about a week, the only problem I encounter was when I picked them up from the post office I was missing the left eye contacts, it got lost on the way. I reached out to the customer service first thing Monday morning, express the issue and told the lady that I needed it ASAP because I was going out of town 2 days later. She was able to ship them and I received my missing contacts the very next day. Best Customer Service!

Contact Lens King never contacted my doctor to verify the prescription as I was told when I spoke to a representative. Filling and Shipping my order was supposively delayed for a response from my doctor. Also, the website did not include the exact prescription for one eye causing me to order a slightly incorrect lens. I questioned this with the representative who did not tell me that Biofinity did in fact produce the lens as prescribed. I had to re-order that lens from my doctor's office at a higher price.
