Ordered online, whole process was very smooth w quick delivery.

I received my package in the mail but it wasn't the glasses I ordered but it had the right information inside the box so I don't know how they mixed it up..

Still waiting on my glasses, I returned the wrong package so I can get the right one in the mail.

I had these frames before. Loved the color. Although the frames are the same these have more black and less green on them. But I still like them. Recieved them very fast.

Everything was great except the lack of tracking. These are for prescription lenses so I kinda wanted to know when they were going to show up

It was a great experience getting my glasses. I just have 1 problem I didn't realize when perchancing my sunglasses I thought the blue tint would be the same as the picture of the sunglasses. If their is away of getting them darker I would be so appreciative of your customer service.

I put the wrong number from the prescription on the order form and it was on good friday. I was so shocked when customer service was opened that day. She was so helpful and polite.

Frames and lenses came correct! Processing time to make the frames was a little longer than expected but prices and delivery was great!

The ordered frame is nice, the delivery fast. For delivery to Germany came a small tax in addition. However, the glasses did not fit exactly, maybe because of the metric system in Europe (even I have stated the correct values). Furthermoore, the logo was printed at the bottom of the glasses which could not be removed. I had to put in new glasses in Germany.
All other experience was fine.

I ordered the wrong flames and contacted customers service to change my order. They were very helpful and I was able to get the glasses I wanted. I will be ordering from this site again!
