Doreen was very helpful! My prior pair of Silouette frames broke and are no longer made. I found a nice new pair with Doreen's help and the local Optition placed my lenses in my new frames. Cool Frames is even helping with my insurance benefit which I hope is soon to be approved.

I LOVE my new glasses! I regret getting the cheapest lenses because they are very reflective. I will order again for sure but next time I won't cheap out.

The women in the store were so helpful and attentive with my special needs daughter. They helped me with professional guidance as to what frames suited my daughter best. I was so happy with the experience!

I made my purchase of a pair of SuperFlex lenses because my partner's previous pair broke, they were discontinued, and still available from CoolFrames. On a lark, we opted to get the lenses done as well. After a ridiculously long shipping time, we received the order. The frames were good but when looking at any light source while wearing them, a noticeable and distracting reflection occurred in the lenses. These were the 'Premium Trivex Lenses with Scratch', by the way. We're just going to take the lenses and his script in to a local place rather than deal with the shipping hassle and customer service dance. Good place for frames, poor for lenses, and expect a wait of at least two weeks for your order if you're outside the US. Two stars. Pretty 'eh' experience, but we ultimately got the thing we wanted most.

Product arrived later than expected and tracking information was less than helpful. I did not realize that although I ordered on a Canadian site that the product was shipped from the US, which complicated finding tracking information. Product itself was as ordered and an excellent price.

I contacted twice as it went past the 12 days and the first customer service person told me the frames had left the US and they could not track, so it was up to me to contact UPS (as the tracking link never did update to confirm where the package was). UPS had no clue, said it wasn't with them, waited a few days called back and the 2nd customer rep confirmed it was now with Canada Post and provided a delivery date which was in fact when it was actually delivered. So very confusing responses.

Cool Frames has a Great selection and Great Service. I found just exactly what I wanted and the glasses arrived quickly.

OK, they had what I thought I needed but turns out the size was wrong. Now I had to chose a restock fee when they didn't have my size frame or just keep it and have lenses re-made.
I chose the latter after not finding the frames I had hoped...
It all worked out you just have to be sure you know what you are buying...

Just not thrilled with the outcome

I appreciated the super descriptive and detailed write ups of the frames including all the measurements on the site.

I'm my experience and I have purchased 2 pair of lenses from coolframes over the last few years. Customer service is friendly, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from coolframes in the future.

I found the frames I wanted quickly and with ease, prices were good and checkout was fast and easy.

Wrong color was sent to me and it seemed like it was difficult for them to understand that hopefully they will exchange for the right ones

I love the glasses- but i specifically went with Cool Frames because of the ability to bill through insurance. I submitted all of my info as requested, and even followed up - no response and i didn't know until after receiving my glasses that it was never put thru my insurance. When i contacted again, they told me that someone had reached out saying that the information i gave was "incorrect" but i didn't receive any sort of note.

Fast shipping got them just in time for my trip, very protected in package

The frames fit very well. A bit tight at first but after a bit they loosed up and look great on my face.

These are my favorite frames from them! The style and shape are what I've been looking for and I've been buying the same pair from my drs office for a while until they stopped selling them so I came to this site to continue to get them. They got to me 3 days sooner than expected and were packaged very secure and carefully.

I had my old address in my Apple Pay so when I hit submit it was going to send to the wrong address. I had to call and get customer service to change my address and they they did so! They were super friendly and got it done within 10 mins total.
