Received my frames they are so nice the colour is better than what I thought they would look like. They are super light and on the smaller size because I have a strong prescription so they are perfect for me. Thanks Linda
Be sure not to hesitate to return frames if they don't work for you. The timeframe to return is within 14 days of the delivery date. We missed this window by 3 days and now are stuck with two pairs that we will never use.
It took 24 days to receive my glasses from order to delivery. Considering it took 16 days to get a pair from my eye doctor and 10 days to get a pair from Warby Parker, the wait time is substantially longer than what competitors provide
After emailing them, they responded the next day and my glasses were sent out that day.
My experience was great great customer service. I had an issue with my address because of moving they fixed it with no problem and I would order again.
Took almost 2 weeks+ to get the glasses but I do like them. They are wide enough for me and seem to be good quality.

Had to pay $60 Duty to get them through Canada Customs, but well wirth the 3 week wait.
Inadvertantly ordered off-colour arms, (greenish!) with the tortoise shell fronts.
Immediatley sent back for credit, and re-ordered correct colour. Hooefully bere soon!

This was our 3rd order for our now 9 year old son! Very happy with the quality value and process! They even emailed me to confirm some details about my order before they made them!
No complaints about the glasses or time from placing the order to receiving the order.
I bought the exact same frames I had before. My previous frames were gun metal from a different vendor, but you didn't offer gun metal or silver or gray. If they are available from the vendor, it would be good if you would offer them.
When placing the order, I thought I was ordering the frames but I had ordered just the magnetic sunglasses for the frames. The form for ordering clip-on sunglasses should not have fields for the prescription; a "sunglasses only" note would be helpful, and so would a link to the frames that match the sunglasses. I quickly received an email from Cool Frames telling me how much more I needed to pay to get the frames which was nice, but I had already requested re-imbursement from my insurance (Cool Frames is out of network) and my receipt for the additional payment wasn't itemized so trying to get re-imbursed for it would have been a hassle. My out-of-pocket was greater than it should have been.
The place where I had purchased my previous glasses no longer offers this frame, so I Googled the frame and found it available at Cool Frames for a good price.
The notification was on point even when one was pair was coming late they made sure I was cool with that

While their website might appear appealing, the attractive facade quickly fades when you encounter such a lack of customer support. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider and explore alternative online retailers. My advice would be to test their customer service responsiveness before placing any order, as this experience has left me questioning the reliability of CoolFrames.com.
