Cool Frames

Ordered online April first. Recieved the glasses May 1st. However, once I did get them, I was happy with the frames, fit and clarity. Tinting is great, bifocals are great and distance vision is spot-on! Looking forward to using them- Ill definitely try Cool Frames again. Fyi, Canadian buyers, be aware that you will be charged a Customs fee on top of ur order when u go to pick em up.

I got an email saying my glasses had been shipped, and if I still had not rec’d them in a couple days to contact CoolFrames. So I did, they sent me tracking numbers the same day. The following day the glasses arrived in the mail, ao all was good.

This is my 3rd pair. The side arm/hinge breaks so easily. They fell from atop my head and the side arm broke yet again!

First time needer of glasses. It took a little bit to get the prescription right. A little back-and-forth. But the team was super helpful and, in the end, I got exactly what I needed.

Will definitely order again as order was correct and arrived quickly. Same frames as from my optician but faster and less expensive!

I have previously owned two pairs of Outshine Avalon Parade sunglasses; one turquoise and tortoise shell color and the other are black-and-white. The sunglasses I received are smaller in size and inferior in quality compared to the others I have. I suspect this is a cheap knock off product. I will not order from Cool Frames again

Cool frames customer service was helpful.
USPS was terrible with shipping. Paid extra for priority shipping, but took 2 weeks to receive.

Customer Service was Exceptional and very helpful. My order was incomplete when it arrived and they shipped the missing item promptly. I couldn't give a 5 star review as the original shipping took way too long (it was over a week before the product was even shipped) and it was missing part of the order. In addition, the Oakley frames didn't not include an authencity certificate which is very frustrating because that's what made me decode to order from Cool Frames to begin with. I can only hope they are legit.

Customer Service was very prompt and helpful in resolving any issues or concerns. The shipped the missing glass cleaner kit that was suppose to be sent with my Oakley sunglasses. The one thing they did not send is the certificate of authenticity.

My experience with Cool Frames has been good. They have the frames that I need, their prices are fair and their shipping time is good. They even add a case which is great.

The glasses turned out very nicely and I am very pleased with them. Unfortunately the delivery didn't go as well as I had hoped due to the actions of an employee of the U.S. Postal Service. He was supposed to deliver the glasses to me at my residence since the delivery instructions stated that a signature was required. He dropped them in our mailbox at a central location in our neighborhood and provided the signature himself even misspelling my name. When I caught up with him and asked why he didn't deliver the glasses to me and obtain my signature, he said that he was just being lazy. That's what you get from the USPS.

Haven’t heard from them.

I had to remove the lenses from the new frame and install them in the old frame. The magnets in the new frame were upside down and would not connect to my glasses frame.

Good experience, website was easy to navigate. Prices were fair and shipping was fast.
