Received my frames they are so nice the colour is better than what I thought they would look like. They are super light and on the smaller size because I have a strong prescription so they are perfect for me. Thanks Linda
Be sure not to hesitate to return frames if they don't work for you. The timeframe to return is within 14 days of the delivery date. We missed this window by 3 days and now are stuck with two pairs that we will never use.

Had the frames I wanted
The site is easy to navigate which makes purchasing online a piece of cake. I'm glad that I was able to find the exact pair of frames to replace the original ones that my son accidentally broke. The affordable prices and coupons are a plus!
Replacement frames
A local optical store didn't carry my frames so I ordered them from Cool Frames using the numbers and brand name on the frames. I returned to the store with my new frames and they inserted the lenses for no charge and I'm very happy.
They carried the exact brand/size/color I needed to replace my broken frames.
I have had three pairs of these frames. They seem to be loose after a short time. I had to order brown this time because it said the blue wasn't available. I don't need new lenses yet. Is it possible for you to check and see if there are any blue frames available anywhere?
I just asked if they could try to locate me some blue frames.

It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Plus, they called the next day to make sure I was okay with an unusually long shipping time due to the country of origin. Received notifications of shipment and delivery - both well within the estimated window.

Easy to navigate the website- it took a bit longer than I was expecting, but I realized I have a higher prescription so the lenses take longer. But I was pleased with the quality of the glasses. They feel very well made and the prescription was perfect.

I've ordered from your company a few times. I had an issue with delivery this time even though I paid for two day delivery. It set me back on travel as to I needed my glasses before I went out of town.

Saw the frames on sale the mall charges 500 for a pair of glasses I previously had and wanted to get again because they got damaged but they were charging me 500 dollars for the frames alone! Saw the same frames for less than half Herr and got them on now
So happy I was able to make these sunglasses into eyeglasses. I love the color and shape of the frames.
Good prices and wide selection
I received my glasses and the lens prescription seems incorrect, as vision is very blurry close up, unlike another pair I just ordered / received from a different company with the EXACT SAME prescription?!
Customer service was less than helpful.

Availability of particular frame
Too many discount /promo codes, but since only one can be used at a time, seems futile. Lenses (even with the discount) are more than other online eyeglass shopes

Had to wait a month or so as the Versace sunglasses I ordered just dropped! I waited and called back as prescribed at which time they informed me they were in, and I would receive tracking. They arrived and were definitely worth the wait.

I couldn't find frames for my son anywhere. These were a specific brand and size that was unique. Cool frames that them, at a great price and with a discount code. Shipping didn't take long and we are so glad that we found a place that was willing to sell these to us personally without being an optical shop. Thank you!

Replacement sunglass lenses
Ordered sunglasses with no prescription. Everything is fine. I put 4 stars because I ve ordered on March 29th and I received it in France in April 22nd.
These sunglasses are not for european market. It was the only place where these glasses where available with international shipping.

I love Cool Frames; this website and the customer service has been great. Whenever, I have an issue they are prompt to respond and processing and shipping is great. I've ordered eyeglasses before from other sites but none compared to the price, deals, and great customer service provided by Cool Frames.
The shipping warehouse manager kept in contact with me and updated me with my order status. He even prioritized shipping free of cost due to my frames having to be ordered internationally.
I was searching for a particular frame and they had the best offers that fits my prescriptions needs as well.

It took longer than expected for the frames to ship from NYC. I was offered a discount because of the delay but didn't see it processed.
