Received my frames they are so nice the colour is better than what I thought they would look like. They are super light and on the smaller size because I have a strong prescription so they are perfect for me. Thanks Linda
Be sure not to hesitate to return frames if they don't work for you. The timeframe to return is within 14 days of the delivery date. We missed this window by 3 days and now are stuck with two pairs that we will never use.

Fast & Easy
The most important part of shopping online is a satisfied customer. This only happens with top notch customer service, which turns the new customer into a repeat customer. Cool Frames does not disappoint in this regard. Definitely has become my go-to for sunglasses.
Because of the very substantial promotional discount. I am a new customer who didn't know about Cool Frames. The discount caught my eye.
I found the frames I liked on a different site and had regular glasses made in my prescription. I contacted the company and asked if they could make me some sunglasses with these same frames and they said no. This set off my search and lucky for me I found Cool Frames. Bonus for me was the frames cost way less. I love my glasses. I will be back. Thanks.

My order had to come directly from France, Thet said I had to wait because of this or I could choose another pair or wait so I waited the time frame was faster then they predicted

Lots of fun shoping for frames as the selection is original and very high quality. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They make wonderful suggestions and give great feedback on style. I highly recommend the store. My glasses are beautiful with a perfect fit and i know they are unique.

We were able to find a Name Brand frame for less than it is in stores. Ordered & delivered with tracking. Arrived on time.
Pricing was the bottom line here. My brother loved these frames initially, but not the price. So i decided to look online for him and found a much better deal. I was a little leery after a previous experience with another online eyewear company, but thought we would give it a shot.
Tamra was great with all my questions and helping me with my insurance. I haven't had insurance in a long time so all her help helped me finalize my purchase.

Good experience, I got exactly what I was looking for and the frames arrived in perfect condition to western Canada.
Availability of the frames.
I bought a replacement frame for my daughter (exactly the same she used to have and loved) so I knew exactly what I was getting quality wise. I had to contact customer support as I messed up with discounts at the checkout and they were pretty fast to respond (within 1-2 hours). Couple emails back and forth and we came to the solution. The frame was well packaged. I am happy with my order and would recommend this store for frames.

They had the exact frame I was looking for (a replacement frame for the one I got in Costco a few years ago).

Got these glasses because I had the same pair but the one I had were falling so I decided to get myself nee frames to replace my old ones and it's was an absolutely the greatest investment i've had this year. Thanks to Cool Frames for carrying my glasses in order to replace mine.
