Received my frames they are so nice the colour is better than what I thought they would look like. They are super light and on the smaller size because I have a strong prescription so they are perfect for me. Thanks Linda
Be sure not to hesitate to return frames if they don't work for you. The timeframe to return is within 14 days of the delivery date. We missed this window by 3 days and now are stuck with two pairs that we will never use.

Product availability and decent price
Not the best website. Slow delivery. But the glasses are beautiful, and they arrived intact, well packaged. I'd shop here again.

Tortoise glasses wasnt the correct color. Nice glasses just the tortoise color is pretty random, but I hoped to have more light brown in the glasses, but it was mostly just dark brown. I have the same glasses that I bought a while ago and it has a good distribution.
I requested a refund and sent it back. However, they said shipping was my responsibility--meaning I have to pay out of pocket to return the item. I am very confused as to why I wasn't just given a return label. Still waiting to hear when coolframes receives the return so I can get a replacement that is the correct color.
I was so thankful to find Cool Frames as they carry the Nifties frames which I love. The optometrist in town wanted to charge me double what Cool Frames charged me for my designer frames and prescription! I tried to order glasses through this company and I submitted my insurance quote twice and sent three emails and never heard back and ended up ordering somewhere else. I was super bummed because you guys were the only ones that had the frame that I really wanted but I needed glasses ASAP.

Placed an order the glasses came in about two weeks which it pretty decent. Reviews I saw online were not the best but overall my glasses came correct in a case and no issues. Thanks cool frames I do appreciate everything because my old frames were broke and needed to be taped.
Just wsnted to try an online store
I really like my new frames, but I was really disappointed with the delivery timing I paid extra for priority delivery, it came 2 weeks late. I kept checking for a week and a half and the order was still processing, so when I really needed the frames they came so late that I couldn't take my glasses with me on my vacation. I ordered on the 7th of February and they came on the 21st when the earliest date for delivery was the 14th so when I checked on the order on the 14th, the day before leaving for my vacation, the order was still processing
