I found the exact frame I was looking for at a great price. Shopping and checkout were easy. My order arrived promptly and as advertised. I highly recommend this seller! :)

Had a bit of glitch in my order, but I was contacted by customer service who informed me of an issue and expedite the correction and I could not be happier with by new glasses and prescription sunglasses.

I ordered a frame for my daughter. Frame was perfect! The only thing is that I wished the tracking of shipment worked for Canada. We had no idea when they were going to arrive. Took about 2 weeks.

No communication or tracking on glasses. Had to ask twice where the order was. 5 minutes after inquiring the second time it miraculously was shipped.

I am in the UK and I cannot recommend Cool Frames highly enough, they are brilliant.
I purchased a pair of frames saving approx £130.00 on the Uk price. My optician will be able to put my lenses in. As my order was under the threshold there was no duty or tax to pay and delivery was free…amazing thank you 🤩

From start to finish, it went perfect! I was bit hesitant to order on line, but it was the exact frame I had previously had. The entire process took less than a week and I'm wondering why I didn't do this years ago.

My daughter found the glasses she wanted elsewhere but they were over $250. Cool frames not only helped up find the same glasses but also assisted in using our health insurance to make it more affordable. My daughter LOVES the glasses. We're very pleased!

Needed an emergency pair of frames to replace my sons broken frames and could only find the exact replacement on cool frames. I ordered them with the rush delivery option and they got here just in time for our vacation.

My order was shipped to my billing address not the address that I had specified as my shipping address. This was a problem because I had ordered them for someone else and wasn't able to immediately ship them to the correct place and I can't guarantee that they will actually get to the person who needs them now. I'm incredibly upset with the lack of communication from the site and lack of alerts that they had changed something. The glasses cost almost $300 and I had to spend even more money in order for the correct person to receive it.

These are my second frames, they carry a variety of brand names, easy shopping site, always happy with what I got, I recommend it to all my friends

I phoned to place an order. First I pressed the button for Sales, and after waiting about 5 minutes, I hung up. I called back and pressed Customer Service, and was delighted to get a live, very helpful young man who answered my questions and advised me to order online. I've now done so. He gets a 5, but the initial phone message gets only a 4. Maybe use a specific phrase instead of simply "Sales"?

I was skeptical at first with ordering online especially for Cartier frames but they arrived with no issues. My prescription was correct and they look fabulous with the transition lenses. I will definitely be ordering more frames in the future.

I found my frames at a store but when I went to purchase they no longer had them. I found them with cool frames, easily ordered and they arrived safely.

The sales experience was very nice and efficient but I wish I could have used my coolcash on my order. Once the order (and payment) was taken, the fulfillment process was not great. It was slower than expected and prepaying for faster shipping was not worth it. In fact, you are out of luck to speed things up once the product ships. Apparently, Coolframes and their shipping partners do not have a good relationship, so making any changes after your very own items have left Coolframes (e.g. Intercepting a package to pick it up earlier or paying extra to get it faster) are impossible. Disappointing.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a customer has no power to get their product faster (intercept a package or pay even more for a one-day shipping) once product leaves Coolframes. We live in a digital world, customers should have control over their own product.

I've been wearing cool frames eyeglass frames for two years. I ordered another cool frames eyeglass frames online. My order came in quickly with no problems.

I am a first time customer of cool frames and am very happy with the ease of ordering, the cost and quality of the frames- they are the exact same frames my eye dr has but just a different color and a much better price. Was very happy with the delivery time and the shipping updates from the company. Would purchase from them again in the future

Great selection of frames, colors, and sizes and the best sales I was able to find anywhere. Great customer service and super fast shipping.

I had ordered a pair of glasses in one color but then decided I wanted a different color, so I called and asked if it was possible to switch. The person I spoke with said they would need to check with the manufacturer since the frame had just been discontinued, so I phoned back the next day for an update and they said they were able to switch it. And this was even after they’d already ordered the original color from the manufacturer and they didn’t give me a hard time over wanting to switch. It’s refreshing to feel like a company actually cares more about the their customers being happy than the trouble you put them through!

I received my glasses as scheduled by tracking number. The package was not damaged and the glasses fit me well.
However, the lenses are not securely attached to the frame. They wiggle as if they were about to fall out every time in clean them.

Easy ordering and fast friendly service when I had a question. Will order again from Cool Frames in the future!
