Received my frames they are so nice the colour is better than what I thought they would look like. They are super light and on the smaller size because I have a strong prescription so they are perfect for me. Thanks Linda
Be sure not to hesitate to return frames if they don't work for you. The timeframe to return is within 14 days of the delivery date. We missed this window by 3 days and now are stuck with two pairs that we will never use.

Pricing, selection and service.
I've been trying to get the glasses I have now for 3 months. I put in orders and cancelled and when I put in my order with cool frames and from the beginning of my order to the end. I was notified of each and every step until I received them. Thanks so much
They are have nice frames.
Product price & delivery was great. But I didn't end up needing new frames after all and returned. Knocked 1 star because online return didn't work.

I purchased a replacement for my frames that had broken, but the lenses were still good. These came within a week, and I was able to pop the lenses out of my old frames and into the new ones with ease. Super easy checkout and shipping process, very happy with my experience!

Searching the Internet
The delivery was way too long... I ordered on May 19 and received on Jun 6. Almost 3 weeks. Other than that, everything was good.
The staff responded back to my email very quick and the product looks exactly the same from the website to the real touch.
Ordered prescription glasses, didn't receive till approximately 3 weeks later. Order a different frames from a competitor, for way less, and received within the week.

Cool Frames had the frames I wanted, at a great price, and delivered in timely fashion - all as expected! (Not my first experience with Cool Frames)
I broke the only pair of glasses I had left. I can't drive or really get around safely without them. Granted, I had to tape popsicle sticks to my old frames to wear them to get around while I waited for the new ones to arrive in the mail, but if you know your prescription, it's very simple to choose frames and put in your Rx information for new glasses! They arrived in about a week.

All I can say I am extremely satisfied with Cool Frames I went to my regular place where I've always buy my glasses for years now and the exact same frames were 500$ I want to show a friend online what my glass frames what they look next thing you know I fall onto Cool Frames website.The exact frames, colour that I wanted were $300 less at Cool Frames. I placed my order. They advise me the day after that they were back ordered. A couple weeks later I got an email stating that they received my frames. I asked him to send him a picture so I could approve them. They did that immediately and I approved them to ship the frames to me. I brought them to my place to get the lenses put in and the girl that I always deal with told me that they ARE real Dolce Gabbana frames. All I could say is, I'm totally satisfied with Cool Frames! I will definitely shop there again and I definitely will refer them to my friends and family. Awesome customer service! To the staff at Cool Frames I Thank You all!

This was a great shopping experience that was so easy. I received my frames quickly and for a great price.
First time shopper, but chose Cool Frames due to frame availability in the US with fastest shipping than other sites. I appreciated using a coupon provided on site too.
My son broke his frame and the eyecare store we got them from wanted way too much to replace them. Cool frame had the best price online for the same frame. Shipping was a bit slow, but after 2 weeks, we received them and it looks great.

You have the Zimco Twister 5. I have two pairs already that are worn out.
