Courier issue etc...frames look different. Return postage has to be paid by customer.

I was not notified about change of courier, had to investigate myself. Frames looked different, than in picture

My wife broke her glasses just before vacation and the team at Cool Frames moved mountains in order to get glasses shipped as fast as finally possible.

The best case scenario was the day before we left, but somehow, they arrived two days before we left.

I had a question about split payment and they were very helpful on the phone.

The eyeglasses arrived on time and as described. I contacted the customer service for a change in the frame colour and I was quickly guided to how to proceed.

When received, I asked to change the eyeglasses for the same model but with a different frame colour. No problem. I returned the eyeglasses and I am awaiting for the replacement.

I was on a deadline because I was leaving the country. Got my frames to me with time to spare! Thanks Coolframes!

Ordered a replacement for a costco frame that I had broken a couple of times and repaired. But finally I couldn't fix it. Waited for the order, but it didn't arrive. Well worth the wait. Expect it to take a little longer than you might like but it's so worth it. Got to prescription frames for the cost of one from the other guys. When I reached out with an questions regarding the status of my order I got a response next day and a tracking number the day after. Superb 10/10

Had a very smooth experience from order to delivery. Everything was easy to enter from my prescription and when i received the glasses they were perfect.

Received my frames in the scheduled time frame received a notification that the wer delayed but the actually arrived ahead of schedule

I am happy with my purchase. I placed and paid in full for my order online, I received an automated confirmation of the sale. I had to email CoolFrames 'seven days' later to ask for an update. The following day I was emailed to say the frames would be shipped the next day. They were shipped, as they said... But no carrier or tracking was provided. They did arrive safe via USPS. Perhaps I was unlucky; but I feel communications could be much better.

I'm happy with my purchase from Cool Frames. The only reason for not 5 stars is that I think there could have been more updates and the ability to check online about the status of my order while the frames and lenses were produced. But other than that it was great and I would purchase from them again.

I was so upset I couldn't find my frames anywhere. I saw cool frames, ordered nervously, even called a few days later just to make sure everything was okay, I had just the nicest person answer the phone who assured me that even if I felt nervous like that again, absolutely call back and they'd be happy to tell me exactly where my frames were currently, within a couple days they were delivered! So excited! They've been super great so far and had zero damage! I've already planned to buy two back up frames like these and a few other cute ones I saw on the website! I'm never going back to my old way!

It was a shipping issue. Was resolved immediately.

A little bit of delay in processing my two frames (10 calendar days) but the shipping was superfast and received the order 2 days earlier than expected!
The Customer Service is also very helpful, nice and prompt.

Very happy with the prescription sunglasses I ordered. Delivery time was a little longer than my local optical dispensary, but at less than half the price for the same setup, I can give up a few weeks.

I ordered these on June 29th... it took weeks to be processed and I chose 2 day shipping. It took 4 days to ship. Wasted $15 extra
