Great service took a few weeks longer than usual, but I received my order in three weeks

My favourite frames from designer Marc Jacobs recently snapped and were irreparable- my vision centre said they were discontinued - however I found them here and ordered them and simply popped my lenses that work fine! I saved so much and still get the look I am creating.

Your staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming. I was very skeptable about ordering frames on line; I am a retired, mature adult who appreciates fashionable eyeware, but like most of us, must watch my budget. I don't like the mall eyeware styles. So far, Cool Frames products appear to be authentic and reasonably priced. If they are durable I will purchase more.

I enjoy the frames a lot, exactly as pictured. My only problem is the lenses have a prescription on them that I did not choose. I did not want a prescription but have had multiple other people put them on and everyone agrees that there is a prescription on there. I tried wearing them to see if it was just me judging too hard but after about 30 minutes with them on, I took them off and could not see straight. Considering these weren't cheap I am disappointed as I bought these for vacation but am unable to wear them all together with a risk of them messing up my eye sight.

It is difficult to find xlrg glasses. These are my second pair. Please continue to provide

If you're a novice in buying frames as I am, the website needs to help you more. I made my purchase a help a Kaiser Healthcare employee, otherwise I would have gotten an order that wouldn't have been right for me.

I placed my order, received confirmation, and my order arrived in a timely fashion. The order was of high quality and I have used them with no issues.

Stunning, fashionable collections. I will definitely go back again and again. Order was delivered on time and I received a physical receipt and email receipt for records as well as timely order updates. Just amazing definately recommend for any vison needs!

I ordered the frames only and they did end up on backorder but they did arrive sooner than the expected in-stock date of 2-3 weeks. They came in-stock in about 10 days plus 4 days shipping (including the weekend). I'm glad I didn't cancel my order bc of the backorder bc the frames I got were exactly as I ordered and I liked them very much!

Have ordered from Cool Frames in the past. The frame I wanted was unavailable and I was given a target date of July 1st. However, it became available much sooner and I have taken it to my optometrist for the lenses and expect my glasses next week.

The ordering process was easy, and the frames came when I expected. I wish the box that arrived had contained info regarding the demo lenses that were mailed with the glasses (I didnt know what they were) and the small plastic bag that had a white strip and wires (they were for future repair of the lenses). I called CoolFrames and received an explanation by phone about these things, so all was good.

The woman I spoke with was very nice and patient and answered my questions promptly and clearly.

If your looking for a lot of protection for your eyes these will give you full cover.
I bought these for myself in pink, the black ones for my husband.
I use my for daily driving, his for cycling.

Great frames. Very comfortable. What's missing though, is made in USA sign. Recommend product.
