Angry and feel like my hand was forced to pay charges, the info was not clear or complete, thought all charges are included but was hit with £45 charge on delivery, or if I returned a dedication of 20% which would come to the same amount, I feel my hand was force and I was misled terribly. They got me on a discounted products and free shipping - but then panellised me for their own lack of transparency and free shipping as apparently this 20% applies to all free shipping, how ridiculous, BAD practice and on the verge of being a scum to draw you in, hoping they would get away with not being found out on the boarder (?)

I did order a specific shampoo based on the picture displayed on the Cosmetics site as it indicated a product that in process of being discontinued. What I received is the new line of the product. Cosmetics refused to honor my request for return and stopped answering my mails. Would never use this site again.
