I made a purchase of 3 power rangers costumes. Spent a lot of money and this company doesn't have a legit phone number nor responds to emails. My purchase was made on March 31,2022. I'm hoping for the best but won't use them again. In the process of getting my money back.

I ordered from them about 9 months ago at this point and never received anything from them. After a couple months I sent messages to them to see what was going on and at first it seemed like they were trying to be helpful. After a couple messages, however, they began completely ignoring me. Now they've deleted my order and my account from the website to remove any proof I purchased from them and I never got the item or a refund. Don't buy.

I would give this online retailer no stars if possible. Over two months never received my order. Gifts for my grandchildren, and now they are very disappointed. Customer service terrible. Finally after a complaint to PayPal I
Got my money back. All communication with them very stressful!

Swindlers and crooks, do NOT do business with these people, they are trash. I paid for a full costume, got one piece and they refused to do right by either giving me the rest of it or just a refund. Zero stars, will never use this site again, or anything that ships from China.

This was a total sham the minute we hit "order" never got a confirmation, never got email communicating when our item would be here or that they even received order. Debited my account immediately but still no communication! When i FINALLY located at number/email i did... crap responses thru email, never got thru to phone number... item finally came NOTHING like what we ordered... not even usable. They quit emailing me back once i said i wanted my money refunded. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE ordering. Waste of 80.00. Don't ever order... say they are in US... but shipping was from china.

I needed a wig for my costume party and good one's are hard to find! I somehow found this site and loved the colored bleach wigs they had. The quality was awesome and were way less expensive than the local boutique where I usually buy mine. I will shop with them again!

I thought I would give them a try and bought a costume and a wig here 2 months ago. After such a long waiting and many emails sent to them without much responds, I finally got my order. However the costumes are at very bad quality, cloths is so thin and cheap that it is kinda 'see-through'. Very light piece of trash. I emailed them to request for a refund, they do not respond and I would have to dispute the payment myself. Then they emailed me a nasty email cursing me said used costume is not accepted for refund. They are totally a nightmare to deal with, and stay away if you don't want troubles.

This company sent me the wrong dress and then refused to provide the dress i ordered or create me a return label. Terrible customer service. The rep either could not understand me or did not care. It honestly could have even been a bot. They said they would refund 30% of my order and I could keep the dress, (that I did not order, did not fit me and was frankly ugly as sin.) after exchanging 10+ messages I eventually just had to file a change back with my bank.

Not to mention I paid for expedited shipping and the dress arrived over a week late.

Ordered a costume and the latest delivery date was October 21. I did not receive the costume in time for my party on Oct 29. When I complained they would not issue me a refund or pay for the label to return the item. False and deceptive conduct.

Website states they will process within 24 hours of payment. My purchase has not processed well into the 15th business day of the payment going through. Customer support is non-response, probably just one big scam website.

Terrible terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend you purchase from this Chinese company. We paid a lot. The costumes took forever to ship here. We tried them on and they are not accurate sizes as stated on website. This would be fine if they would make good on it and exchange it. But their comment is it costs too much to return you have to buy another. Multiple Attempts to work it out and they were rude and we have to eat it. In this day and age I can't see how they will survive.

This is my first time buying a cosplay costume, and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality, customer service and the speed of the delivery.
Customer support has kept me in touch constantly, and even accommodated my somewhat unreasonable request to have it delivered in less than 10 days due to unforeseen circumstances (Sorry about that!).

The quality of the materials used is outstanding and the costume was very well made, although I did notice a few parts where the fabric was slightly frayed.

The only downside is that due to the sheer amount of different parts which make up the costume, putting it on the first time can be very confusing, and the supplied guide doesn't do it enough justice (some pictures would be nice). In addition, it can get hot very quickly if you wear the costume in warm weather.

However, overall I have found this purchase completely worth the $266 AUD I paid for, and I would do business with Cosplay Shopper again :)

I ordered a costume for my daughter and selected the option to have it "tailor made" to her measurements as she's quite petite. I provided the exact measurements requested. The costume arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but when she tried it on, it wasn't anywhere close to fitting her. The vest is too long and the skirt's waist was so big it almost falls off her. I reached out to them and after a few days they responded that they would give me a 10% credit to have it altered. Ummm... that is like $7.95 barely enough to have a button sewn on by a tailor. So then I asked to return the costume for a refund. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay to ship it back. To CHINA. Ummm... again, how is this good customer service? Are they planning to restock a "custom fit" costume? I've been asking every day for a better resolution - I'd even be willing to pay for shipping if they'd just refund my entire purchase price but no response to date.

I have purchased 2 wigs and a Bleach costume here at cosplayshopper.com. I needed these for a party so that I had placed my order 5 weeks ahead. Unfortunately, after over 1 month of waiting, I am getting nothing. I emailed them few times and I didn't get any responds. Until just now they sent me an email said 1 wig is back-ordered, and the costume is being made that they don't have it ready in stock. I requested a cancellation, but they refused said my order was placed a month ago that they cannot cancel it. They are totally a scam! Now i don't have the things for the coming party, and no refund for my money! I am checking with my bank to see what they can do about it. Please stop them and for those who are thinking to buy here, please don't. A very disappointed girl here v_v

I waited for almost 2 months for my dress, and soon I open the mail the dress is a complete trash! It is very dirty, and it does not look new at all. I emailed them for 3 days now and getting no respond. This is the most horrible experience on buying costumes for me. I will never shop at this cosplayshopper.com site no more

I needed a costume in 3 weeks, they delivered perfectly on time.The product arrived in perfect condition and the costume was looking great. I am very impressed with their service and the staffs are lovely!. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thanks a billion.

I thought I will give them a try and I regretted it! The costume is cheaply made from China and it don't fit at all. The quality is bad that it don't look the same as shown on their pictures. The shoes will very bad plastic smell. It took 3 weeks for the package to reach me. I requested a return for refund, then they said there is no refund for used items. Right! Stay away from troubles, wouldn't recommend cosplayshopper.com at all

CosplayShopper provided me with great customer service after another cosplay shop ripped me off and I was in a time crunch to get a costume for my con. They marked my item top priority even though it was to be custom made, and it has already shipped and should be here in time! They have very friendly service and I can't wait to see my product.

Do NOT order from this company. They are not a direct seller and do not know specifics about their merchandise. Ordered a Halloween costume and not only was it a month late, it did not include everything pictured. Customer service is absolutely useless and expect you to be understanding that you paid for something that wasnt as described on the website. I cant wait til they get shut down, total scammers. Below is the last useless email I got from them. Basically theft!

After contacting with the manufacturer, he said that the costume is not inluded the mask. But the website link of this item is stated everything showing in the picture, so there is some mistake in this item, we will improve it and make the adjustments. Hope your kind understanding in this matter, thanks. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Still waiting for my costume to arrive. It has been over a month and they just keep responding with the same message. I asked for a refund and they simply said that the sent another costume. Never once did I ask for another one.

We were supposed to receive a full costume and the shoes were missing. We have reached out to Cosplay 3 times and no response. It is very unfortunate because now we have missed the 3 day return policy, so we now have to dispute this with the credit card company.
