They have raised their prices about 4 times this year after they bought out the previous company. They are getting too greedy and took away all my points on their app and replaced it with nothing yet I can see. They should have let my points carry over.
Honestly think I'm done with Cost Cutters after many years. I showed up 2 minutes early for a 4:30pm appointment... the 2 employees told me to wait outside and someone would get me in a minute. Waited about 10 minutes outside... I'm pretty sure they had a smoke break while someone should have been cutting my hair. After someone finally did cut my hair, they then charge $3 extra for some sort of sanitation fee. They're charging more to the paying customers because they dont have enough business. On top of it all, I get home and may back hairline is all crooked. Not a good experience and I'm not at all happy with the Kimberly location
I would like to thank Tiffany Lowery for cutting my hair all these years! Always does what I ask. And turs out good! Thanks long time child hood friend
I got a haircut at the Cost Cutters Alameda and Broadway, Denver, CO, store and didn't know just how bad it was until I got home. My hair is wavy so the horrible cut was hidden by my curls. The stylist knew she gave me a bad cut because she said I could come back if there was a problem. One side of my hair is an inch shorter than the other and the layers were cut haphazardly. Cost Cutters REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK; instead, they want me to allow them to cut my hair again! No way. I'd have to be crazy to let them whittle my hair away some more. As it is, I look like I've got the mange!
I called to set up appointment and Ivette was very rude and she smelled like Marijuana when I went in and talk to her about appointment set up and Regina answer the phone rude and all she does is sit in the chair and don't do nothing
