I ordered a patio set but it came with missing parts. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, they refused to send replacements because too much time had passed. It's frustrating because the issue was with their packaging not the product warranty.

We bought a dressing table/vanity unit. Te first couriers really messed up the delivery but Customer Setvices sorted it very quickly and a new parcel was despatched via another courier. The Vanity Unit is lovely - quality excellent (really wood in places) and the instructions were so easy to follow. Highly recommend Costway would definitely look to buy from them again

Unfortunately, the children's kitchen unit did not meet my expectations. The size turned out to be too large for our space, and I decided to return it after a few days, only to realize it had been over 30 days since the purchase. Despite this, I was willing to accept a store credit to use the funds towards another item, but customer service agent I was in touch with disappeared.

I was in touch with a customer service agent named Maja and they were not at all understanding of my circumstances. This agent is now no longer replying to any of emails and has disappeared.

I used to praise this company to friends and families. It's really unfortunate because I've always liked shopping here but I guess this has now left a very negative outlook overall.

Never heard of company before, came across it on a google search, so was very wary about ordering. Checked reviews, all seemed good so placed order for barstools. 3 days later I had them, delivered by DPD with regular updates( I had delivered to Northern Ireland as live in south and didn't want custom charges imposed on me). Hubby assembled with,no hassle and am absolutely delighted at the quality and price.

I'm really disappointed with the lift up top coffee table with hidden storage we brought. When we built the product we noticed a lot of marks and because we went for a black table, the marks are very visible. I wouldn't expect this from flat pack packaging. Very disappointed. Such a shame as the design of the table is great!

It took me a long time to decide on a new high back office chair to offer comfort and suit my needs during my periods of working from home. I opted for this one. From the speedy delivery of the product and the communications with Costway UK, I have to say my experience has been excellent. The chair is solid and comfy. I had a slight issue with the height of the seat - this was dealt with promtly and professionally. Good company to deal with. Highly recommended.

I have an issue with an order and phoned to be told that you have to email and it takes 24 hours for them to reply because the head office is overseas.
Each email takes 24 hours for them to reply back to so my issue is still ongoing

Ordered and received my delivery exactly 2 days later.Item was well packaged(sealed properly inside too).Rolled into a rectangular box.I'm very pleased with the quality of this item,colour and only wished it cost a little bit less.lts firm as expected with memory form and very comfortable.My daughter gives it a top
10 over 10 and will recommend(bought for her to use on her bed when not using her reading chair or watching t.v).Hope to buy one for myself and gift another.Thank you.

Received my order in 3 parts. I ordered a draining board which promptly arrived the next day (well impressed with the product and speed of delivery).

The first set of 2 swivel chairs arrived in 3 days from ordering:- Really nicely packaged with each section of the chair carefully wrapped in fancy patterned paper - nice detail!
Was surprised at how good the gas lift is I love the chairs. They were very quick and easy to put together. They feel sturdy and very comfortable…well worth the money.

My other set of stools went missing and it took a bit of time at first trying to chase it but eventually I was helped out by 2 customer service girls, Holly and Monika who sorted out a new replacement set, which arrived the next day! I was so pleased

So all in all I would rate my first order experience 9.5

Wanted a fabric chair as I work from my home studio and my previous one fell apart… this has everything I was looking for at a good price comfort arms that move up and just the right size would definitely recommend

Although the website can be little tricky to navigate to find items you are looking for, that's not to say the customer service or delivery is same too. I thought the company provided exceptional customer service and even answered some of my silly concerns too with utmost professionalism and always provided contact to come back to should i experience any difficulties. The delivery of the goods was exceptionally swift too. Only thing is I haven't opened the box yet as it's for our new house and everything has been boxed and sent there but m sure all the items inside would be neatly packaged too

Saw a special offer of garden furniture from Costway. Took only a few minutes to order. The goods arrived even earlier than estimated. I am very satisfied with both the quality of the service and my new seats.

Waiting to see if I actually get the furniture delivered this time. After chasing several times the order was cancelled. No delivery date given in advance and the box was left outside the house without the doorbell even been rung. Terrible service

Absolutely perfect, affordable, fast delivery, purchased items were well packed in perfect condition, easy to assemble, really sturdy, looks smart and attractive and saves a lot of space in our little house.

Due to m e living in the Isle of Man. My order has not arrived to me as yet. It was delivered to a shipping hub who currently have it and I should receive it in a day or two. Hopefully undamaged.
It's a pity in this day and age you are unable to ship to the British Isles like a lot of companies do these days. Most people would be willing to pay the extra shipping costs.

Took a while to assemble but instructions were clear
Table the hardest as a few of the pre drilled holes did not line up but got there with help
Looks great and great value and delivery was very quick definitely recommend

It took along time for the bar stools I wanted to come back into stock but when they did it was very easy to order and pay for. The order arrived very quickly, 3 days from ordering with lots of updates,they were well wrapped and very easy to build up.
Overall a very great shopping experience,I would definitely recommend costway.

Great wagon, very clever design. A little tight for my car boot as I drive a Suzuki Swift but fits my husbands Astra no problem. I needed a pushchair to take two children but struggled to find anything that could take the weight of a 5 year old with mobility difficulties. My 18 month old and 5 year old love riding in it. Thank you.

Good web site, easy to place the order. Also very impressed when ringing with a question about delivery, the phone was answered within a couple of rings, very pleasant young lady, Gemma, answered my first question confidently and fully, and then proceeded to explain full delivery details without the need for me to ask. If the rest of my transaction proceeds as smoothly and professionally as my first contact I will be extremely happy.

The shopping process was straightforward and my preferred payment option was available too.the delivery was very fast only a few days. They were packed very well,stools were better than expected,the covering has a faux swede feel,and the bases go with my kitchen floor tile i love them
