Very happy with this chair,very comfortable, love it, a gentle rocking movement.when assembling I found it's easier to fix arms insitu before side's of the seat.
The cushions are orange colour not red, not a problem for me but if you expect red they are orange.
Good communication and fast delivery

No delivery options & no information on how long delivery will take. Unable to login to my account as it won't accept the password & option to reset password does not work. Customer service less than helpful, asked me to send a video! Then didn't reply to emails. Shame as we are really happy with the product but we will not be able to shop with you again as we are unable to log into our account.

Quick easy delivery, easy to find what you wanted on the website. I couldn't get the exact item I wanted it was out of stock but got a similar one. Very complicated flat pack - took two people 90 mins to assemble so be prepared for that!

Very accurate and keeping me updated all the time until I've received my parcel. It's just a highlight about the service, that they tell you logistics service is going to be used to deliver the item which is a good point.

Having found this bench on line I thought it would fit in well with my existing garden furniture. Ordered it and it arrived within 3 days. A challenge for us to assemble it and now it looks great on the decking.

Delivered brilliantly, I even asked the guy to carry it round to my tiny garden as I couldn't even drag it! I bought weights from Amazon, filled with play sand. Job done. Fantastic quality parasol, great lights, lovely blue colour. I have neighbour envy going on in a nice way

Delivery was timely, and kept constantly informed of delivery progress; the 2 units were well packed. Very easy to set up. Purchased in advance for summer, but units worked fine when I trialled them. Looks like a good purchase.proof of described caoability in hot weather will be in summer.

After looking at lots of mirrored jewellery cabinets online this had the most usable storage. I wasn't sure what to expect having not ordered from them before but was impressed with the speedy free delivery, the price and the quality of the product. Would definitely order from Costway again.

I ordered a gift for my grandson and unfortunately ordered two items instead of one, due to my error of not checking my junk mail and assuming that my first order had not been received.
I telephoned Costway and explained the situation to a very pleasant member of staff. She resolved the problem and I only received one item, not two, and also my credit card was duly refunded.
I was delighted to be able to speak with a real person over the telephone and not an automated voice ordering me to press buttons!
I am more than happy to praise Costway for their customer service.

No problems sturdy little cabinet I suppose could be used in any room. Very sturdy this the third item I have ordered form Costway have had no probs with products or delivery which arrived in good condition

After ordering 2 magazine racks from cost way, we where impressed with the quality so we bought a table to fit in the bay window, again very nice. Now we have purchased a TV table so we have 4 pieces of great at big fittings to go with our decor. And it hasn't cost the earth. PERFECT.

I ordered a climbing frame for my nieces 1st birthday, the courier was DHL. They tried to deliver to the wrong house twice, so I redirected to a local shop, where it got refused again. Costway asked if I would like the item redelivered to my home address, of course that would have been the best option as it was now two days late for the birthday. Just received an email letting me know that isn't possible.
Just give me my refund and I'll never use Costway ever again.

Do not do much on the internet but this process was easy. Arrived on schedule had to put together instructions were a little bit difficult to follow but got there in the end and I have exactly what I wanted.

Lovely stools really pleased with them they are a classic and great for a small space.
I'm glad I had someone in to screw them together I wasn't anticipating that. Would have taken forever with the alun key supplied.
Delivery really quick.

We purchased an ice trolley for our school fund raising events. From placing order to delivery and throughout the service and communication from Costway and despatch company was very good.

The site was very easy to use and check out, first time buyer here, The delivery was fast and on time, well packaged and is a lovely item, very pleased with it. I was a little sceptical as the price was cheap and to be honest I thought i would be asking paypal for a money refund as has happened in the past with 'cheaper than usual' items, Over the moon to find the site is real and excellent, will be using again for sure.

First time ordering an item from Cost Way, and the experience placing the order online has been good, so far a 4-star for ease of use of the website to place order.
