The treadmill I bought is a decent treadmill for its price great to walk on no incline or super fast speeds so don't expect much but great for a stroll inside!
However, I am terribly disappointed in Costways customer service. When I unpacked the treadmill and plugged it in it wouldn't work. I contacted Costway and they replied, telling me the customer, to open it up and check the wires are all connected!
I thought this was totally unacceptable seeing as I am the customer not the technician! They can't seriously expect customers to fix and fault find their products!
I managed to open up the treadmill with some help and found the issue, however, this should never be the customers job!
All in all a great treadmill with horrifying customer service. Expect if you purchase any of their products and they're found not to be working that you'll be the one fixing it!

The delivery was super quick and the item seems good quality so far. The instructions could have been a bit better but I figured out the assembly fairly easily.
