When I brought up safety concerns about their lack of security screening and male conduct on their site, they replied with "our services are not available in your country" and suspended my account. I live in Australia and was one of the apparently few legitimate women on there. They try to force women to act out of blind faith and meet men straight off the site without being allowed to check who they are via facebook etc. Absolutely vile behavior- the site should be forcibly shut down its unsafe.

Once I paid for my membership, they suspended my access and took all my money from the card. Their technical support does not answer me. I advise anyone not to join this site. It hurt me a lot and I will sue them.

I'm not too sure if its good or bad because the only other site ive used is justcougars.com, but I feel like one good experience in three months isn't really good enough. The hookup happened in my fourth week on the site, so its been AGES now since ive had any action from this site and im now not sure if I should renew. Maybe I got lucky on justcougars but I know I had a lot more fun during my first three months there, so don't really understand whats going wrong here. The site clearly has real women and ive not changed the way I act (if anything Ive been sending more messages since the hookup) so im a bit discouraged. As a guy who likes older women there aren't that many good dating sites for me to use, so I do hope I have more luck if I decide to renew.

The base 1 month subscription, is $40 + a one time $5 processing fee. Fine, expensive but if it serves it's purpose then cool.

2 days later i get an email saying my $30 priority listing purchase has been approved. What? Excuse me? I didn't agree to pay any more than $45 on.the site. I sure as hell won't spend $75 on a website when i'm already expecting to get nothing out of it.

It may be good in bigger cities but be extremely wary of this site.

Not only are there escorts making profiles and wanting you to pay for their services once they lure you in, wasting your credits, but not being given a confirmation to pay an extra large sum of money is criminal in my opinion.

I have never NOT been given a confirmation before when paying for something.

Predatorial practicies, overpriced subscription, and bait or scam profiles. Stick to tinder or something and just change the age range.

$45 for the ability to send 20 messages (each message costs 5 credits and 1 month gives you 100)

I am communicating with the support at Cougarlife who is not allowing me access to my member account the site allows me to put in my user and password but my account is a blank page... the website is not even showing in my Google Chrome browse reven when i search on Google and i see the site link... but when i click the site it does not show up even from Google search it a blank page. All cookies are cleared for my Google Chrom browser. This is the only site that is not allowing me to excess my account. Im very suspicious of this site. So i communicated this with the Cougarlife support and they are not helping me with this..

This website is not genuine and here is why:

1- half of the profiles, if not more, are fake. Most likely created by the website administrators themselves. They want to trick you into believing that many cougars are interested in you and you have to upgrade to respond. They didn't put that much effort in creating fake profiles either. Just one hazy picture with no profile description.

2. Both me and my friend signed up and we were getting the same emails with the same title from the same people at the same time! Coincidence?

3. Membership rates are very high for such a small website, and guess what? No three-day trial either/ Probably because you will find out that it is all fake real quick.

I got some messages so obviously I figured I'll upgrade and give it a shot, it said the total was only 39.00 including 5.00 access fee. So guess what happens when I click purchase after entering my card? "Thank you your card will be charged 71.00" are you kidding me. And they have a no refund policy stating that they let you try it for free first so you should have been sure before you purchased. Obviously I was sure because I let them charge my card, but they straight up LIED about the price. No one answers you anyway. Just like every other scam of a website.

Good site but not getting as many as replies as my account on Justcougars.com gets. Im happy with the number of women in my area, just dont seem to be getting much interest. Maybe theres too many guys. At 29 im pretty much what these ladies are looking for so its a bit rubbish but will keep trying and maybe retry a few that I messaged last week again. I have had some replies, so I know its not a scam, but would have thought Id have more considering my age. Some hot Cougars though, which makes not getting replies more annoying as I could be doing some serious business with these ladies!

Like others have said, all kinds of messages and flirts until you put up your $45 dollars and message them back. Then you never hear from them again. Fake profiles. Fake everything. I think for $45 bucks if I want to message everyone on this site, I should be able too. Nope. Use your 100 credits and then even though your still a "premium" member, you can't message anyone else unless you buy more credits. I didn't listen to the reviews. Wish I had. Learn from my mistake. Save your money.

I've been on CL and find it a good site. I'm a female and not a fake profile. CL is great because it offers exactly what I'm looking for - younger men!. The experience I've had is that guys don't put much effort into their profiles or messaging. I receive a lot of messages but only respond to the ones that are engaging and actually post pics with a profile description. The site would be even better if they offered local events... that way guys would see that there are actually real women on the site - and it's much better to meet in person, too.

Been using cougarlife for well over a year now and Id say im quite a satisfied customer lo! Ive met several younger guys since Ive been using the site and usually have a couple of chats going at any given time. Ive always had a high sex drive and its not reduced at all with age, so after my second divorce (I know, I know) I gave this a shot and I feel like im in my early twenties again, the way that guys are interested in me, the way they look at me when I meet them and the way I feel when I bed them. Would also recommend justcougars.com as another option, its a newer site but free for women and maybe its cheaper for men to use or something because I was shocked by the amount of guys that were on the site in the SoCal area. Variety is the spice of life lol! Really enjoying flicking through the profiles on that site as its got a nice fresh feel to it. Anyway, hope that helps! Enjoy!
