I'm positive on both Covercraft the manufacturer and Carcoverworld the online car cover distributor due to my experiences with both their customer service and product quality. Our large SUV is used for towing our travel trailer but most of the time it's parked on a pad beside the garage on the southwest side of our house. For 5 and 1/2 years it's worn a custom fit Covercraft Weathershield HD cover exposed to the Tennessee summer heat and UV and winter cold. Over that time, while the elastic has relaxed some, the color and the fabric itself have not faded or weakened. The stitching weathered less gracefully, though, and a seam opened up during a recent windy winter storm. For a warranty to be worth anything, the company offering it must first of all still exist when a claim occurs and then be willing to honor it and be responsive with their customer service. I was happy to find that after 5 and 1/2 years, the warranty was for 6 years and still in effect both and that the seller and manufacturer were still in business. They responded within a business day to my initial email requesting warranty service. Subsequent communications were responded to in a few hours and very quickly a replacement custom cover was on order. A week after I had provided Covercraft with photos showing the ripped seam and product label, later the new cover arrived at no new cost to me.
Someone spilled water in my seat and it left a water stain. No matter what I use, the stain won't come up. Covercraft suggestion is to buy another set and they'll give 10% off.
I ordered a custom sunscreen for my 2001 Trans AM and 2019 Subaru Legacy through CarID. It took 23 days to get these custom made sunscreens. They were made nice. The sunscreen for my Trans AM fit good. However the sunscreen for the Legacy did not fit well. The Legacy has a Eyesight Driver Assist System at the center top of the windshield just above the rear view mirror. There is a cutout for this. But the cutout leaves at about 2 inches of the windshield on each side of the sensor and 3 inches of windshield below the mirror uncovered. There is also about an inch at the top of the rest of the windshield exposed. They feel it was made correctly to fit around the sensor. This will allow the sun to shine right in the center of the car.
I purchased a cover craft dash mat and the fit was not perfect but it was ok. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 for fit. However, there is a huge flap in the cover where the air bag is placed in the car. Looks terrible. When I called covercraft they told me that flap had to be there for the air bag. I feel the 2 ounces of fabric, whether stitched together or cut in a flap would not be enough to impede an air bag deploying at such force. It's like if I laid a tshirt on the dash, IMO that would be pushed out of the way in a fraction of a second but they stated they "had" to put the flap in. There may be something out there but I have looked and not been about to find anything legally requiring it to be installed with a flap. It just looks awful. So I called to return and then they told me it was a 15% "restocking fee" ie, I have to walk back over to the shelf and put it back. Total rip off. I'd go ANYWHERE else but this company.
The seat covers are now made in MEXICO and are truly JUNK. They don't fit and there service department is the pits. Tryed to install them on 2023 GMC Acadia. They will not fit the front or rear at all. Called the company and they do not know what to do. They ask for pictures. Ever tried to get under a seat and take a picture? Product is Made in Mexico. Who ever makes these for them must drink a lot of tequila when they are at work. No way to connect the back cover the way the directions call for. Seats bottoms are connected thru the electric seat and catches the hold down when the seat is moved. Pretty sad they can sell these in the USA and claim they make them. Please pass this on and save someone else from this misery. This was a thousand dollars wasted!
My father-in-law bought a set of the seat covers for his 2023 Silverado and it was a very poor fit everything seemed to be extremely difficult to put on it took 2 guys 4 hours to install and a lot of finger cramps from pulling them on
Bought a 300 dollar custom fit front end cover, didn't really fit or function,send it back for refund, took 2 weeks to inspect and now they can't even direct deposit my refund and have to mail a check,,WTF, who's ever heard of that in 2023, do not buy their products, joke of a company!

I ordered a $200.00 cover for my Cadillac. All the catalog pictures showed that the cover went over the wheels. I received the cover and it did not cover the wheels. I called the company direct. I had three questions, 1. Why doesn't it cover the wheels? Answer "Oh we have one that does but it's very expensive!" I said I bought one on line from China for $50.00 & it covers the wheels, What is the point of covering the car if you can't cover the wheels! Cost($5000. 00). 2. Why doesn't it have the white cotton lining to protect the paint? Answer "Oh we have one but it's very expensive!" I just spent $200.00 for your very good cover & I bought one from China for $50. 00. 3. Why doesn't your cover come with a strap & a storage bag? "Oh we have those as an option! You can purchase them" So let's recap the $50.00 one covers the wheels, has a white cotton protective lining, has a strap to keep it on from winds, & has a storage bag! Why should you spend $200.00 for a COVERCRAP COVER? NOT ME!

I ordered a cover in early November with a ship date of 12/7. No communication and no order as of 12/14. I check myself and now it says ship date of 1/9/22! What good is a cover if winter is half over? I call them and they could have cared less. I canceled my order for a refund and they again could not have cared less. There are other covers out there. Save yourself the grief and do not order from them.
We have a sonata sel plus. Ordered a dash mat 2 yrs ago. It was a velvet mat. Its ok but not UV protected and doesnt work as well as the others.tried for 2 years to up grade. They said they were having supply problems, well this is the result of the scamdemic and joe bidens new america. Finally 6 weeks ago they had the mats for my model. Still waiting and they still say every excuse for not sending out. Now I was told it would ship on Sept 26th. Nothing no email, nothing. My on line account still shows a sept 6th day, auto anything went out of business. Is cover craft next? I blame biden and his agenda.

NOT WATERPROOF. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very Misleading. For one, its called Aqua Shed. Mentions all throughout the post that its water resistent, water repellant, but according to the customer service agent it never said "Water Proof". Again, super misleading, very sneaky on behalf of the company. I live in California, in the very dry central valley. It rained for a little bit and water immediately soaked through. Pretty pointless spending $250 on a "quality" trailer. The customer service was the worst part of the whole experience, the woman on the phone sounded irritated from the get-go. She did nothing but explain that my return request was rejected point blank period. No option for returning with a restocking fee. Even though its been less than 2 weeks since i received my shipment. I initially felt comfortable purchasing because the post said we could return with a 20% restocking fee. Never said approval would be needed. This website gives off very professional vibes, but the customer service woman made it feel like a mom n pop shop that makes up their own rules. Will NEVER shop here again. **SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED.

I ordered set of floor mats for my dodge ram, they sent wrong ones and when I called them I had to pay shipping to return their mistake of $54, very crappy company, avoid at all costs
I called them and they said send it back that I would have to pay for shipping and on the paper said in the box they sent I believe they found the biggest box they could to send the cover in really it would have cost me more than I paid for it and they felted to tell you that also make you pay for restocking fee I will never buy from them again

I bought a customized dash cover, it did not quite fit right especially above the speedometer. I emailed them and asked them if anything can be done for this and all they give me is an automated reply saying I need to return it and they do not pay for the shipping. Do not purchase anything from here, the material is cheap and customer service is horrid. I told them putting Velcro on is not going to be ideal where I live because it reaches up to 110 degrees where that velcro sticky will melt on my dash. But no solution, no replacement with re-design, I have to pay for shipping which is like a quarter of the price of the dash cover and not get anything back for horrible service and quality.
Below is what their email said over and over again and will keep sending you an insulting email:
"I apologize your dash cover is not to your satisfaction. It appears the dash cover is up to specs, but the Velcro strips would be needed to keep your dash cover in place, and is also applied for safety reasons.
If you would still like to return this, please write RA******* on the outside of the package, and return to Covercraft Industries, 100 Enterprise Blvd, Pauls Valley, OK *******. Please be sure the item is in returnable to stock condition; no hair, dirt, or grease on item.
The dash cover was NOT up to specs. Photos are attached as well for the poor quality of work.

Wow, I wish I came here to see the reviews before purchasing. I was on the fence due to the high price, and now after having a horrible experience I can give my my strong recommendation which is that you DO NOT purchase seat covers from this company.
I received my "Custom" Carhartt Seat Covers for my 2010 Nissan Xterra last Friday 4/29/2022. I immediately noticed a problem when I took them out of the box. On the driver side seat cover, there were two big holes sewn up that were clearly meant to be cut outs for the lumbar adjustment knobs on my seat. Now, everyone makes mistakes, so I figured I would email their customer service team and see how they would rectify the situation.
Their word for word literal response: "The cutouts for the lumbar wheels on the side of the seat will need to be cut with scissors." Zero apologies, admissions of guilt, or offers to help.
Let it be known to CoverCraft that I would not be sitting here typing out this review if the CS agent had at the very least said "sorry".
When you are paying a lot of money for a custom fabric product you expect that it fits without having to cut it up yourself with scissors. And if it doesn't, you expect the company to at the very least offer to take it back and fix it for you. Unbelievable.
Also, apart from the manufacturing defect the covers' fit is maybe a 7/10 at best. The way the bottom part attaches to the back with elastic straps is super messy looking. And on the passenger side, I still have the original seat stitching showing because it doesn't extend far enough down.
I purchased custom made seat covers for my 2021 Rav4 along with sunshade and dash mat.
The seat covers came and I had a couple of issues with the fit. I contacted customer service (Monica),
She left me a message stating that this was the worst sew job she had ever seen. In her message she ranted about how these should have never been shipped and to send it all back so they could use it as an example for quality and they would have the best seamstress remake the full set and re ship them to me. This was her idea and all I wanted was for them to send out the replacements first and then I would send back the first order so my car would not go unprotected. She stated this would not be a problem.
Two weeks go by and no contact, After many attempts to contact her she called me and was rude and stating I was being unreasonable with this demand. ( It was her idea!) I made several attempts to contact Her manager (Chris) with no luck. Then out of the blue two pieces showed up on my door. The material did not match the first order and was in worse condition than the first order. I spoke to Chris once and he stated he would look into the matter and I have still not heard back from him.
No apology for the way I was spoken to or for the bad products. No contact from the company for over three months!
If you order from them you better hope everything is good because you will be stuck with bad quality items.
If you ever plan on buying something here, DO NOT EXPECT a refund. Just keep the item, because even after you return an item with confirmation from USPS you WILL NOT I REPEAT YOU WILL NOT get a refund. These guys are crooks and they keep both your money and the product you ordered. These guys are CROOKS!

I ordered a dash cover for my Hyundai from Covercraft, the fit is horrible, complained and sent many pictures to their customer service representative Jolene as requested, she said it fit ok, BUT OFFERED TO SEND ADDITIONAL VELCRO TO HELPMAKE IT FIT! This contradics their claim it fits ok, It's bunched up around the defrost registers/vents and fits poorly over the instrument cluster pod,. Do not buy from this company.

Extremely Disappointed with Covercraft
I recently placed an order with Covercraft on August 24, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. First, it took a whopping 21 days for me to receive my order, which is unacceptable in this day and age.
When I finally received the product and tried to install it, I realized that it was nowhere near the custom-fit quality that Covercraft had advertised. I reached out to their customer service with clear photographic evidence of the ill-fitting product. To my shock, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they had the audacity to ask me to measure and prove their own error!
This level of customer service is beyond frustrating. If Covercraft claims to have the exact windshield template for my car model, they should stand by that promise without requiring their customers to do extra work.
In light of this experience, I requested a return and a full refund, which seems like the most reasonable solution. However, Covercraft seems to be holding my refund hostage, insisting on verifying their template. It's clear that they are more interested in protecting their own interests than ensuring customer satisfaction.
This whole process has been clunky, inefficient, and antiquated. I'm left wondering how a company like Covercraft manages to stay in business with such a poor track record. A quick glance at their 1.2 rating on Sitejabber should have been enough of a warning.
I will never do business with Covercraft again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering their products and services. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I hope others can avoid it.

I recently purchased a second set of seat covers from covercraft for my other vehicle. The first said I got was right before Christmas for my wife's 2017 SUV. Since we decided to trade that in and of course it took months for the trade-in to come in I held off on putting the covers on the old car. When the car finally came in we tempted to put the covers on and of course the covers did not fit the new vehicle. I called covercraft and explained the situation and also offered to pay any difference for custom seat covers for this vehicle. They were in sheepskin. Not only did they refuse to do anything about it or work with me they also we're not concerned about the fact that I was a customer who had already ordered a second set. Their claim was it wasn't returned within 30 days. That won't be a problem since my second set is still within the 30 days that I will be returning them. While their products may be decent their customer service is absolutely awful. If you want to take a chance and go with them good luck. I will never do it again!
