I'm positive on both Covercraft the manufacturer and Carcoverworld the online car cover distributor due to my experiences with both their customer service and product quality. Our large SUV is used for towing our travel trailer but most of the time it's parked on a pad beside the garage on the southwest side of our house. For 5 and 1/2 years it's worn a custom fit Covercraft Weathershield HD cover exposed to the Tennessee summer heat and UV and winter cold. Over that time, while the elastic has relaxed some, the color and the fabric itself have not faded or weakened. The stitching weathered less gracefully, though, and a seam opened up during a recent windy winter storm. For a warranty to be worth anything, the company offering it must first of all still exist when a claim occurs and then be willing to honor it and be responsive with their customer service. I was happy to find that after 5 and 1/2 years, the warranty was for 6 years and still in effect both and that the seller and manufacturer were still in business. They responded within a business day to my initial email requesting warranty service. Subsequent communications were responded to in a few hours and very quickly a replacement custom cover was on order. A week after I had provided Covercraft with photos showing the ripped seam and product label, later the new cover arrived at no new cost to me.
Someone spilled water in my seat and it left a water stain. No matter what I use, the stain won't come up. Covercraft suggestion is to buy another set and they'll give 10% off.
I ordered a set of covers from you guys through carid. And I have never been more dissatisfied in a product before. I spent $480 for your "fitted" seat covers and they fit like cheap Walmart universal covers. Even have you vin # of my truck to ensure proper fitment! These are cheaply made and do not "contour to seats" anything like you advertised! I have tried for 2 weeks with carid to get a refund and they're telling me a refund is not possible for some reason. FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS and you guys don't have the decency to refund a customer that is EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE GARBAGE PRODUCT YOU CLAIM IS TOP OF THE LINE. They fit loose, the console part Velcro lines up directly with the latch which makes the console lid not latch correctly.
I need my money back somehow.

I can not explain how disappointed I am in this product. I have several guys at work that we're going to order the same set I did and they all literally laughed at the quality of the product and the EXTREMELY HIGH price. I'd pay $200 MAX for this quality. I have had universal fit seat covers from academy that have fit better than this.

No refund. Don’t purchase a product from a company that will not stand behind their product if you are unhappy.

I ordered a front end cover for my 2022 GMC SIERRA 1500 AT4, I purchased online,big mistake, it was being made according to them. I called down to verify the with the Vin,and they assured me they will have the correct cover. After amonth it finally arrived after I paid their shipping cost which was in USD And for cover in USD.
When it arrived I had to pay another $40 dollars Canadian. When I went to fit the bra to my truck the bottom piece didn't match my front of the truck. I called them and they took the Vin number again, and later called to say heat their was a mistake that the website was wrong and they haven't created a product for that new design.
They would have me reship at my cost via ground, and provide a reciept of shipping and oh did I mention they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake.
So how much more will it cost me to return and get a credit of both shipping fees, the duty I paid and cost of the product.
All I can say is their customer service want up to mark. What kind of fool do they think they're dealing with.
