You have poor customer service. I don't think it's the fault of the employees I spoke with; they were all lovely! The problem was that they didn't know what they were doing or how to do it. I suggest you listen in a representative sample and learn.
I have an odd layout for my built-in Recteq RT-1070 (with is already a weird shape). Covers & All's customer service was communicative and helpful, confirming measurements and making sure the cover was made correctly. The cover itself is high quality material at a great price. Highly recommended!

A couple years ago, my brothers and I built a custom green egg stand for my dad. The only problem was, we could not find a cover to fit with the custom dimensions. Covers & All saved us. The cover was nearly perfect (a little big near the handle). The shipping time was longer than I anticipated and arrived after my dad's birthday. It took a few days of emails to confirm the custom dimensions before it was sent on to the "production team". Once the cover made it to production, it was finished and mailed quickly. I would recommend knowing there might be a little extra time needed to confirm your order. Other than that, customer service was helpful and the cover is great.

Pretty straight forward ordering process even for custom sizes. I was unable to change a dimension after only after a few days after ordering so that was a bad thing but fully understandably on my fault but the good thing was that they moved fast! Shipment was also very good with much faster than quoted delivery date.

Great price for a custom made cover for a PA speaker that will be moved often and stored. Just a little too loose because of the extra room they add for "ease" of applying and removal. If wanting a better fit, I would suggest reducing outer dimensions by an inch and it would be perfect

Filling in the dimensions in the website was very straightforward. Responding to questions from Covers & All was challenging. They could not open the photos shared originally and I could not speak to anybody directly to answer their questions. I ultimately took additional photos and sent them along a second time. We got through the Q&A process such that the product was shipped. Final product is great.

It seems these covers are not completely custom, but they do verify the measurements multiple times before shipping so likely they are just making sure they choose the larger size. The grill cover is pretty loose on the front. We get lots of winds so we hope it will not fly off – – time will tell.
