It was easy to order exactly the size and shape cover I need. I thought I'd ordered a zipper but some how that selection didn't hold. The cover will work fine.
I worked with customer service for over an hour. Sending pictures and dimensions of what was need only to get back the smallest cover. It doesn't cover the wagon and is the size of a small purse. This is the size THEY recommended after getting all the spec information. I will be returning and looking for an alternative company. I live in an area that rains often and it would have been nice to get what I needed. Incredibly disappointed.

After ordering the cover I didn't get any feedback or content for a long time; I managed to find my order on their website and realized that they had sent me a message in their platform, but it did not email me. Their message asked for photos and more dimensions to customize the cover. I provided these and after a while got another message on their platform... but I never received any emails (even though they clearly had my correct address for other correspondence such as asking for my feedback on the purchase); I even checked my spam. Anyway, the result was I would have to regularly go to their website to monitor progress and respond to many questions. The end result was a truly impressive grill cover - well made, well designed, etc. - but the post-ordering / configuring process was pretty wonky and often frustrating.

Make sure you take your time on the order page. It is easy to make a mistake but they usually send an email pretty quick to make sure you get what you need. I've ordered three times and each time was perfect. I'm pretty impressed and they didn't even have to pay me for this review! LOL

The plastic is very clear and fits perfect. First time I've ordered something like this and was not sure but they came through with flying colors.
The cover is the bomb. It fits beautifully, keeps out rain and dirt and even looks very nice when it is on. We have several covers from C&A, all beautiful. They were great about double checking the design for my weird furniture, and making it exactly as I wanted.

Take pictures of your items when ordering and the design team will do a true custom fit. Our chairs were club chairs and they made the covers fit just right! Highly recommend! We will never go anywhere else.

Found them through Google (and glad I did)! They have three options and picking the right one was a bit challenging but then I found the "compare more" link and it gave me the full specifications. After that, ordering was simple. They also had a variety of coupon codes which discounted my purchase price. I really feel this was the best option to protect my investment and will be purchasing more covers from them in the future!

My neighbors had your product installed several years ago and are very happy with its durability, keeping weather off their porch, and mentioned that the back of their home is warmer since the north wind is blocked. They recommended it so highly that I didn't even look at an alternate supplier. Your communication regarding my order was everything I could have asked. Delivery was expected in about a week after shipment, but it came within two days. Couldn't be happier.

Great product. Perfect fit. Exactly as described. Reasonably priced. Ordered Jan 27. Arrived Feb 10. Got a little concerned when I got the notification it was shipping from India. But I guess, that is how they keep the price down. Workmanship was excellent. True to size. Material was better than what I was being offered through my regular online vendor, who offeres prime 2-day shipping.
Despite this, if I ever need another crate cover...I'd use them again.
