The room turned out to be an amazing new space in my home. Tim was great. He is very creative and came up with some interesting ideas. He came in time and completed the project pretty quickly. His pricing was very fair as well. We are very happy with his work. Would definitely recommend him!
They always remove my ads for no reason. Fake hack site run by idiots from San Francisco. Avoid posting there if you can. Must be a better place to go than them

Don't post on Craigslist. They have worst filters to remove your advertisements post for no reason. And they have stupid people flagging you down again for no reason. Especially if you're a paid user. They probably won't refund you back. They don't even have phone customer service even for paid users. Good luck trying to get your money back and email them if they even respond back. They never responded back to me in an email. This is very annoying.
Craigslist may be a great resource, but be cautious while searching for anything because scammers are out there! Verify its safety!
This site is a BAD, BAD joke...
They remove/deactivate your listing for no valid reason because the site is run by people who are as smart as a box of hair and that is why it is packed with junk, crap and trash.
And good luck if you try to contact customer service and ask for an explanation, you better off talking to your chair!
I used craigslist for years: I bought some staff, sold TV, found a job. But I don't understand why there isn't any support
Right in the middle of everywhere in the world we are fighting inflation craigslist raises the price of an ad from $3.00 to $5.00 with no addition of features. Just give me more money they said.
They take down postings if you don't pay for it, limiting what people can see in the website. I don't recommend this website.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this website
Posted a request for friends only, specifically saying no sex or I'd block them. Literally just a friends with similar interests post. Never even made it to a live listing. They have a section called "missed encounters" and it's mostly sex workers, which doesn't bother ME, but they obviously allow them. Is it because they are "straight"? I want to see this crap site fall the way of MySpace... someone please develop a better model using their idea of a national platform, and just put ads at the bottom. No one cares about small ads at the bottom, I promise. Get paid, do better than Craigslist. They are an outdated model and provide almost nothing. Someone with computer website know how please make a better site!
Tip for consumers:
Only a viable option for bland things like buying a car. There is an opportunity here....anyone can do better than these “owners” do.

Craigslist will let prostitutes and down-low s*x get posted all over the site, but the moment someone posts something gentle, genuine, or basic, it will be flagged into oblivion.
CL is the place scum reigns supreme and legitimately normal people are denied participation.
Going without community contact is better than using Craigslist.
Middle class lawn service. Do not try to hire anybody off of craigslist. I tried several times to remove some trees in my yard. They were small sapling trees. I got a quote from several, but they never showed. I sent the money. This is scam. The people who answer ads do not want to work they are degenerates. And I'm using the Republicans View. They are losers
Sea view apartments are purposely done to bring a serene yet tranquil aura and nature close to you. It gives perfect relaxation, and fills with a positive vibe and calm surroundings. Dubai is quite famous for serving such a kind of lifestyle as you know the Arabian Gulf is close to the city. So here I am going to tell you the most popular areas with sea view apartments in Dubai that are highly desired by the Arabs as well as immigrants.

Keep in mind it's A $5 Ad...When trying to post an ad for offer help people with moving service for a job the ad will be removed or All credit/debit cards keep getting declined in there system and in the past have done plenty of jobs on Craigslist with the exact same ad. I been moving local and long distance mover for both residential and businesses and all my customers very satisfied. Now when I try to post with the same credit card always use, the same same card always used in the past is automatically declined. We need work to survive and this is not right.

When trying to report a credit card that's not working which has worked just fine in the past and works well at evert other place I use it, craigslist does nothing to fix it or even respond. Trying to post a legitimate ad for work which I've also posted the same ad plenty of times. So nothing wrong with the post or card or even the user, it's craigslist themselves.

I have posted many times and the majority of the time I get harassed by people flagging my posts for no reason just because they're being haters. Craigslist should not allow anyone to flag a post without censoring it themselves before they do
Tip for consumers:
There's no way to contact Craigslist to find out who's flagging
Any legit ad is flagged on some technicality and the rest are all spammer scammers. Don't waste your time. Even posting using only the relay leaves your phone number getting bombed with spam calls. I get up to 30 scammer calls a day after I post on CL. Dump this site for good. Its yesterday years news. Washed up.

Great website for almost anyone. My family and I have purchased many items for greatly discounted prices from very nice people. Extremely reliable site. However, when making purchases locally and picking things up we always travel in pairs to the pick-up sites, just to be safe. Amazing site!
I posted an ad on Craigslist looking for accommodations for a music festival and started immediately receiving texts from "people" who answered my ad. Turns out they're all from "roomster" inviting me to join their site once I've clicked on the link that shows me the accommodations they're supposedly trying to rent out. Even if the site really exists, I'm not about to condone anyone who uses these kind of underhanded tactics to get your attention. "Let's see how many people we can screw over in an effort to make a million bucks." No thanks.
Wow does craigslist get really $#*!ed. Every single post I put up is flagged by craigslist before anyone can see it yet there can be 50 million porn ad and hookers and prostitution ads, what the heeeeeck... I read online forums and other people in same situation are clueless on what to do well not me you will see.
We attempted advertising services on Craigslist however it created nothing but spam. I don't even think we ever got any legit responses from it. We now have not advertised for probably almost 2 years and are still receiving emails that claim "your listing on craigslist". What a waste of time and energy..
I love craigslist, but you have to be really careful since there are a lot of scammers there. There are some simple security measures like buying only locally, meeting real people before making any financial decisions, etc. I bought my first car from craigslist from a local guy in Minnesota, and although I was very afraid since the car was used and the price cheap, it turned out great. My 1997 Geo Prism ran just great until an idiot smashed it on a road 3 months ago (thanks God I'm alive!). I also like to browse craigslist for free stuff, garage/estate sales and musical instruments, but seldom buy anything. I think it's a great site to connect with people. I got very little scam BTW, actually only once and it was very obvious.
I was seeking a room for rent. I could not find anything wrong with my post. I did state that I would not give anyone my online info such as Facebook, Instagram... etc... Instead that I would be conducting a background check on them as they can do the same thing.
The reasoning behind this is because without meeting the rental property owner they have no business asking for this information. It's easy to look up that info once you meet and you are able to to take a physical photograph of their government issued id. Never go on someone's word you don't know. Scammers evolve however we can continuously make it more and more difficult for them.
Craigslist arbitrarily deletes ads and systematically lies about it, claiming that ads not displayed are published and visible; it's been getting away with this for more than a decade. There are no clear-cut rules about links in ads; it's suggested that too many cause ads to be flagged for removal, but even when all links to external information are removed, Craigslist continues to delete the ad, never providing any explanation whatsoever. All kinds of scams and frauds are tolerated and dealers constantly post as private owners, but I cannot advertise my own $70 computer for sale because the ad is repeatedly removed. Morons try to make out that Craigslist's problems are posters' instead.
Craigslist is pretty good if you want to sell your comics and DVDs. I made successful sales of my Superman comic books and the customer didn't try to haggle for a lower price. If the price is reasonable, you won't deal with difficult customers. Every once in awhile, there's an annoying phone call but it's infrequent. The pets section is toxic, though, so do well enough to avoid.
It's been a few times I've applied for a dozen times for jobs on this site. It's just a waste of time filling out app and resumes. Not even one calls/email return. It's like there's no respect anymore for at least respond saying "Sorry, we're not hiring at this time." "Thanks for applying but looking for someone who's..." Something so simple like that can really change how I see company looking to hire. Just a bunches of people who's wasting my or other people's time. I hope somehow that'll change. So sick of that crap. What's the point of applying online when no one on there doesn't respond to your application.?
