I ordered a watch and paid by Paypal. After two weeks, no sign of any parcel. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was posted and given a tracking number. On checking Singpost tracking the item left the day I enquired about it. I had to wait a further three weeks for delivery. This is now not the same company I have dealt with in the past.

Very pleased with Creation Watches, their prices are very competitive and offer free reliable worldwide shipping. Item arrived in perfect condition and is exactly as described. The next time I need to buy a watch I will definitely check with Creation Watches first because I know from experience that their products are genuine and their prices are lower than other watch stores.

I received the watches yesterday, and am quite happy with them. I was at first a bit sceptical about buying watches from a company I'd never heard of, but after reading testimonials, and being reasured by a friend of mine who has bought a number of watches from you I was convinced. I am really happy with my casio g shock. The bluetooth function also works well for me despite the mixed reviews i've seen. The price is still the lowest i find, and the postage was fast, and trackable.

I had a fabulous experience with this company. The order was processed almost immediately and the actual delivery did not take more than a few days. I could not be more impressed. The watch arrived as advertised with box, papers, etc in great shape. Great shop. Did I mention - great price!

I ordered the watch (casio PRW-3000) one monday night, and the following friday it had already arrived. Considering that the watch travelled half the world I was impressed by their speed. The packaging was perfect and the watch as expected from the description. So all in all I would not hesitate to buy again from CreationWatches and I highly recommend it, especially in view of the very competitive prices and watch collection.

One star is too much. I buy a watch as the site says free delivery and ask them about the costums fees they reply thats very low but when the package arrived in greece i had to pay double the price. Ask them to sent it back and refund me as i haven't took the package yet and the accepted. It's been over a month since they took back the package they doesn't give my money back and also they reply to mails with auto response that they working with their team for that. I will report them to the competent authority of their country

First of all, it is super easy pirchasing. After decided which watch you go for. In a few clicks you purchased your item, super easy. The shipment took about 3 days, and there was a weekend in between. Super relaxed, super fast. The watches are priced extremely sharp, a super deal.
One thing you should pay attention to is the customs, in every country it is different what is being charged.

The watch is working properly and is everything I expected.

The watch has arrived in ten days from Singapore to Italy (and then 20 days waiting at the custom office, but this is normal during the new year holidays. Everything worked well, and the watch is perfect.
