The watch is amazing. Works like a charm. It's got so many features that It's probably one of the best choices in the 300 euro range. It looks great Too... The blue sphere and leather bracelet are gorgeous! The delivery was super fast. No customs fees, only took 4 days since I Placed my order. Original box and documentation. Excellent service. I will certainly buy more watches from you!
Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.
10/10 Customer service, what can I say other than I will be back to order very soon! Watch arrived in the time scale and was the cheepest I could find.

The import duty was half the original price of the watch! This nullifies the only reason why you'd wanna buy from a grey market dealer and not from a Authorised Dealer. A little bit more transparency regarding this would be appreciated.
Overall Experience: 7/10 ( -3 for the huge import duty)

My name is Giagu Luca, and I'd like to share my positive experience with CreationWatches. I was skeptical, because I'm from Italy and CW ships from Singapore, and I was afraid of shipment and custom fee, but I ordered a seiko skx007, at a very low price; after only 5 days, I received my watch full of Seiko warranty. I had no problem with the shipment and at the custom I had to pay a little fee, with no problems because a very thing is made by DHL. I recommend this site because of their seriousness and fastness,

I havn't any problem with shopping from CreationWatches. Excelent Service, Delivery on time and Great Watch Value.
Only make sure that if you choose DHL delivery service, you may pay additionnal fee & tax. For me i choosed Registered AirMail and i waited for 3 week.

Hello. I bought two seiko watches. Only one came and its been 3 weeks since they responded to me. I told them everyday for the past week im done with this company and i want to return the watch i have and a refund for the one that is missing. Not one person has responded to me. This is a false advertising site and they will take your money and not send you what you ordered. I cannot believe this right now. I WANT A REFUND AND LABEL TO RETURN THE ONLY WATCH I RECIEVED.

I am very happy I bought the watch from CreationWatches. Price was very competitive, shipment was very fast and tracking very easy.
I now have the Citizen watch I wanted and I am very happy with it.
I ordererd a seiko from creation watch, price being 6000. When the watch arrived at my country, then i got email to pay 6000 further as customs.

Just recieved my third watch, again perfekt service, fast free delivery and prices are better than most. Really pleased, thanks again creation watches
All said and done, I got a great deal on a beautiful Hamilton watch. However the order process through their website was a pain in the butt. They debited my bank account, but kept delaying the shipment of my watch for two weeks. I got the Christmas gift a week after Christmas even though I ordered it with plenty of time to get it. They kept trying to confirm information they already had, each time putting the delay back on me. I would have to keep checking my email to make sure I wasn't delaying the shipment due to them confirming info again and again. They claimed to call me, which they didn't, and because I didn't answer. Delayed again. They finally did call and I had to accept and pay for an international call, just for the rep to again confirm the same info again.
Bottom line, order from their Ebay store since bad service like this can affect their seller score. Reviewing service from their website can only be done through third party sites like this, and I'm sure they dont care about that. I'm sure they care about their Ebay seller rating..
