SO DISAPPOINTED! This was my first time. And last time. Purchasing from this website. I ordered 2 watches and one arrived damaged and not in working order. I contacted customer service asap and their response was to bring it to a watch repair person and pay to have it fixed or pay for shipping to return it. I could not believe this was their response! I allowed them numerous opportunities to provide more appropriate customer service but they refused. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from them again and warn others as well. Total waste of my money!

I don't understand how they do it. From the time the watch was shipped, which was almost immediately after I placed the order, it took just TWO days (Wednesday to Friday) for it to show up at my residence in Chicago! And the watch was exactly as described. Also, communication from the company regarding shipment, etc, was excellent.

I have bought a Seiko Mechanical watch from Creation Watches.
Buying experience was great - I have e-mail communication with the site customer service requesting special handling of the package and was assisted in a friendly and effective manner.
The package has arrived fast with the watch I have waited for in perfect condition.

I have just received my third watch from creation watches(Seiko SNDA27P1) and i will no longer purchase from anywhere else. Bought a couple of watches from other internet sellers and had nothing but problems.
Creation Watches totally hassle free buying, fastest post, excellent price and highest quality genuine product.
Why would you buy from a retail store and pay twice the price.

When i send a request i received feedback from them within some hours what impressed me really. Also the shipment was super fast. From Shanghai to Germany within less than one week. Amazing. I ordered a Seiko 5 wristwatch on Friday afternoon and received delivery at my home in Spain by Monday lunchtime. The watch was exactly as described and the communiction was timely and clear. I will definitely buy from creationwatches again.

My watch arrived late this afternoon which is amazing since I only ordered it yesterday morning! Everything looks great with the Seiko SRP777 and it even came with the original box and papers which was a nice surprise! The first time I purchased a watch I was a little apprehensive buying on line as I have heard of sites that sell good quality fake watches. Their watches are genuine and well priced. I couldn't believe the delivery time which is outstanding, usually only about 3 days from placing order and international shipping by courier is included in the price of the watch. I received my watch 2 days ago and the watch came with a scratch and i accepted that and was not going to contact you about it but i just noticed that its not accurate at all, the watch is working fine seconds is moving and hours and minutes but its not reflecting the correct time, i set it up to the correct time every 1 hour it delay 20 minutes. Please take it back up and refund my money.
