Can't fault Creation Watches at all. From the brilliant selection of products, to the quick deliveries and customer service throughout the whole process - absolutely brilliant service.

As with all my previous transactions with Creation Watches the service is impeccable with clear and excellent responses to any questions. Delivery is fast and trouble-free.

I'm am satisfied with the watch. Only concern was the processing time took several days before it was shipped out. The delivery portion was fast though.

The website was user friendly. My purchase arrived within a week of placing the order the my purchase is exactly what I was expecting. Was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Not mentioned the import/export duty charges. I paid the double of the product (one time for product and second time for custom duty) It would be better for me if i purchase from local.

I recently read through watch forums and used google to shop for my first automatic watch. I began browsing on creationwatches.com to look and compare Seiko automatics that were affordable. I ended up with the Seiko SNZF51K1.

Creationwatches has some great prices and sales compared to other competitors and I was attracted by the free international shipping and small fee of courier option to get the watch more quickly! I chose the later and was impressed with my order: I paid for the watch on November 12th and the watch came to my country in 2 days via DHL courier. Impressive and worth the extra cost.

Customer service was prompt at the beginning; I left out an address line and they were quick to respond to the additional information for my shipping address and responded in less than an hour. Superb customer service.

Lastly, my watch came in a nice unbranded box, complete with original tag and owner manual with warranty card and date of purchase stamp. Will definitely buy again from them!

I received the watch yesterday and I am very satisfied. The watch looks fine. I am really impressed how fast it was delivered. I will shortly by a watch to my wife from you.

I purchased a watch from these people and paid for 4-day delivery via FedEx,
But 4 days later it hasn't even shipped.
They sent shipping info to DHL. Not a good start. DHL is just plain awful and is supposed to be the "free shipping" option.

Contacting Creation Watches is a royal PITA. There's no US phone number and
Email responses are slow.

If this watch ever arrives, they will need to refund me the FedEx fee.
Every time I check on the order I need to fill out a "Captcha,"
Even when logged in and accept their browser cookies.
This is designed to frustrate customers so that they get tired of tracking late
Or forgotten orders.

If you buy a watch from the Creation Watches own website (not eBay or Amazon 3rd party)
Service will be markedly worse. At least I used PayPal with a good credit card
With charge-back possibilities.
I'm not worried, but I don't appreciate deception.

Imagine arranging for a return to Singapore for a defective or damaged watch!
Sticking pins in my eyes would be more fun...

The shipping was rather timely, I ordered my Citizen JV0020-04E eco-drive on Saturday (week-end boredom I guess) so I understood that my order would be processed on monday. For no apparent reason after having put it out for collection from DHL on Monday... the watch was collected on Wednesday, it then took a very short time to arrive to me (on Friday) from Singapore to the Netherlands.

I had been reading that this people at Creation Watches have the bad habit to deliver watches in a smaller box than the original.

I wrote the company to ask if the scuba tank shaped outer box had been shipped with the watch... they answered:...
For Citizen watches we now send in original Citizen boxes.

It wasnt! The watch did arrive in a citizen black box which is inside the outer box in a scuba tank shape, which... wasnt there!

Bad surprise. I am not amused!

Other than that the watch is nice and was a lot cheaper that it would have been in the Netherlands but I would have liked to know about the outer box.
