My shopping experience with Creation Watches was extremely smooth and effortless. The delivery arrived within 4 days from my purchase, just in time for my brother's graduation party. I'll definitely order from CW the next time around.

After two months I haven't received anything.
I placed my order on Nov 27 and on Jan 18 they still have not a clue of where my parcel is. They wrote to me saying that they have no tracking and they say that I can have my money back just by sending them the watch…that I may never receive.

They've kept on sending me the same email since I asked my money back, then they asked me to edit my negative review (on another platform) giving me a 10% discount voucher for a "future purchase". I am still figuring out if I should laugh or cry about that. My advice is just to buy somewhere else, even if the watch you are looking for is a bit more expensive.

I ordered a Seiko Orange Monster from here, I was a little sceptical at first but it arrived within four days and the watch was better than expected. I have since ordered another two which both arrived on time and I am also vey pleased with them. I just cant make my mind up but when I do I can sell them on again without loss as they were a good price in the first place. The watches are dispatched very quickly and you are provided with detailed tracking, they are even on the move over the weekend. Ordered on Friday, arrived Monday. :)

Saw some doubters on a few forums. My order for a Seiko Divers watch took 4 days from order to delivery in the UK. 100% genuine item with Seiko box, warranty and booklet. Excellent communication from Vanya and Raul, cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had the unpleasant experience of falling for this scam company. If you are considering purchasing from creation watches my advice is, set fire to your money. The outcome is the same and you won't experience the stress and frustration of constantly emailing these people only to realise you've been had.
If you're still considering purchasing from these people then please get in touch with me and I'll sell you some fresh air from Yorkshire. We don't use any packaging to protect the environment and I'll employ sally and Vanya to deal with your rage after you finally realise you've been robbed.

I am cautious when purchasing on line and check reviews. I analyse the reviews as you often see just the extremes on reviews, you need to view how many damn the company versus the good reviews it is a balance. How long company has been trading and the names that come up are also important.
When I did this with Creative Watches initially there were some concerns but they look to have learned over time, mine came in an original box with all the right paperwork. The people resolving problems remained the same the company appeared to grow and prosper so I decided to take the risk and ordered a Seiko Black Monster watch in the early hours of Wednesday morning. By the time I got up it had been dispatched from Singapore and I was able to track its progress till I received it at noon on Friday in the UK. I ordered a Seiko Sarb033 on 10 March and it was sent to me with EMS Express from Japan the following day. The watch delivered to me within 7 days (including a weekend). I really appreciated that Creation Watches marked the package as a gift with no commercial value and so I did not pay any extra taxes for import. I paid by Paypal and the watches were shipped from Singapore (where they are based) the very next day.
Shipping was free via DHL which is incredible.

Well my shopping experience was absolutely amazing. I took my time looking for price matches and compered a lot of sites such as ebay, amazon, etc. and you guys easily beat them all, it might be not a huge difference but there is a difference and that's what matters. Watch came a few days late, but I have no complaints about that because of the time of the year that I bought it and second reason was that it was sent out by you on time.
