I ordered the watch in Singapore and received it 4 days later in Belgium! And for free travelling! A very good point for me! The watch was exactly like the description, beautifully placed in its original case with the documentations and guaranties. 10/10! Everything is great! I hardly recommend creationwatches.com!

I advise everyone thinking of buying a new watch to steer well clear of Creation Watches. Don't be enticed by the low prices. Pay the market price from a reputable dealer and get a better deal.

I bought a SNE439P (solar divers watch) which was obviously faulty from the start. The company does not reply to my emails. They know there is nothing I can realistically do from the UK. In my opinion they offer totally merchandise and have absolutely no after sales customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM CREATION WATCHES. You have been warned.

Fine selection of watches, at reasonable prices. The online purchasing experience was good and it was dispatched promptly. I paid for the order on 23rd Nov and had the watch in hand by the 27th, to India. Of course, one has to factor in the customs duty to be paid- one has to trust what DHL says they have paid to customs to clear the item. It seems higher than what I have calculated. It may be because the category has been mentioned as 'precision tool'. Even so, it was cheaper than what it is priced locally in India, from the dealership.
My only gripe is that my phone number could have been mentioned in the airway bill, which would have helped the courier to locate me.
Will recommend.

I've ordered two watches in the past two weeks, a Citizen Ladies Diver and a Seiko Men's Diver. In both cases, CreationWatches.com had exactly what I was looking for, and with the best online prices. Delivery to the US was within 5 or 6 days with DHL tracking provided, and the watches were packaged well.

The order was a pleasure! Shipping was super fast and delivery - in spite of german customs - easy and troublefree. The watches are unbelievable. When I have a closer look at my new BFK - I think I'm going to throw IWC, AP and Rx to the garbage. It's awesome, what the Japs can offer for the money.

I have just received the watch from DHL early this morning. The watch is stunning and so was the price. I dont know how you do it, but I am so happy you do. This my 3rd watch from you, and i imagine not the last. You make my "weaknesses" affordable!

I just received my Seiko Land Shark from Creation Watches, and it's in excellent quality and condition. I'm quite happy with it. It's my first Stainless Steel watch as I'm used to wearing Titanium, so the weight of the Stainless Steel took a about an hour of getting used to.

It took only 6 days from order to box opening. Shipping only took 3 days to Canada, but it did take Creation Watches 3 days to process my order; I suspect they were quite busy, so if the watch was shipped the same day as my order than it would have taken 3 days total.

Over all thoughts,
