I bought the Orient Bambino, its a nice watch for a good price. CreationWatches has pretty good customer service the crew is very quick in dealing with questions. 5 stars and a big thumbs up!

Well I was looking for a good quality watch, Japan made and needed a lower price, I found creation watches previously to be a great helpful company, I had my lovely seiko at a 40% discount on uk delivered within 4 days and full tracking sent to me as soon as I paid, I would highly recommend this company for fast efficient service with a good quality product, I will be buying from them again as I collect seiko watches.

My experience with Creation Watches has been only very positive.

I ordered a watch which looked to be at a good discount. It arrived to the UK, from Singapore, in just 3 or 4 days! Amazing I thought. Unfortunately, the watch was not right for me, so I emailed CW and they came back very quickly, explaining how to obtain a returns number and how to return the watch.

I returned the watch - it takes longer from the UK to their Singapore office - but the communication was excellent at all times. I had chosen another watch from their online store and once they received my return, advised me that the replacement watch was on its way and would be with me on Tuesday. So it was a nice surprise to get an email from DHL, telling me the watch had arrived on Monday!

The new watch is absolutely fine and when I took it to my local jeweller to have the strap adjusted, I noticed that he stocks the same watch brand, but at higher prices.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Creation Watches to any one else. They demonstrated to me that they not only sell good watches, but they back that up with unusually good customer service.

Overall great service, fast delivery and very reliable! Thank you very much for the watch, was over all expectations.
I will be shopping Watches here for the years to come!

Website was easy to navigate. The price is discounted on ebay price. Order on saturday, delivered by monday. Great service. Watch was black instead of blue as advertised. Still happy.

Seiko Superior orange face rubber divers calibre 4R36 movement and for my daughter Casio Baby G shock, arrived beautifully boxed in original boxes within 4 days of placing my order by DHL with tracking and warranty cards stamped, and further to this what I was astounded by was that Jason who packed the watches went to all the trouble of setting them up to Australian time/date especially the Baby G shock that requires considerable fiddling. Fantastic service and highly recommended, I am now looking at placing another order.
